• Disconnect AC from T-block
• Remove screws from Igniter mounting plate and pull out igniter

• Loosen 6 screws and remove head enclosure front cover
• Loosen 6 screws and remove head enclosure rear cover
• Loosen 3 clips to replace reflector

• Loosen 6 captive screws
• Remove lens clamping ring and lens
• Remove gasket and place on new lens

• Remove 4 screws
• Pull socket out and replace lamp

• Using fingers or a short screwdriver, spread tabs of drive shaft and remove from brass swivel link
• Disconnect drive cable
• Locate and remove 3 screws attaching Linear Actuator Motor Assembly to head enclosure. Note
position of cable clamp.
• Slide the motor assembly out (be careful of shafts)

• Disconnect motors
• Remove 3 screws holding the Color Mechanism to the head enclosure
• Carefully slide the mechanism out of the head enclosure
