Secondary Fusing
FB2 Fuse holder is rated for ¼ X 1 ¼ 3AG fuses up to 15
amps at 250 volts. (10 amps fro CSA)
The fuse holder is rated for wire sizes from 12 to 22 ga and
maximum torque is 10 lbs.
FB2X Fuse holder is rated for 13/32 X 1 ½ cartridge fuses up
to 30 amps and 250 volts.
Transformer Terminal Block
The terminal block is rated for wire sizes from 10 to 22 ga and
the maximum torque is 18 lbs.
Custom Wiring
Primary Leads
1. Verify that the primary jumpers are in the right location
for the desired input vol
tage. It comes wired from the
factory for the highest input voltage.
2. Connect the primary source
leads to the input terminal
block.
Secondary Leads
FB2 Option (ordered separately)
1. Follow the installation manual for the FB2 kit.
FB2X Option (supplied with transformer)
2. Connect the secondary load wires to F2 and X2.
Included with the FBXC kit:
- One machine screw 6/32
- Four thread forming screws
- Instruction Sheet
- Plastic Finger Safe Cover FSC1
- Plastic Touch Proof Cover TPC1

This kit includes plastic covers for the Secondary Fusing and
Primary Terminal Block.
Before the covers are installed, select the proper fuses for your
application and complete the input and output wiring.
Secondary Fuse Cover
Secondary load connections should already be connected.
Refer to the instructions included with the fuse kit.
Fuse cover for 1/4 X 1 ¼ AG type fuse (FB2 must be ordered
separately )
1. Place the FSC1 cover (J) over the secondary fuse per
illustration FB2.
2. Secure the cover with the one 6/32-screw (F) included
with the kit.
Fuse cover for 13/32 X 1 ½ cartridge type fuse (FB2X
supplied with transformer )
1. Place the FSC1 cover (J) ov
er the secondary fuse per
illustration FB2X.
2. Secure the cover with the two thread forming screws
(E) included with the kit.
Primary Terminal Cover
Install TPC1 cover (G) onto the transformer terminal block per
the illustration using two thread forming screws (H) included.
Make sure the lip (I) of the covers is towards the outside of the
transformer.
