WARNING
TO AVOID SHOCK OR DAMAGE TO UNIT
DISCONNECT THE POWER SUPPLY!
,
CAUTION
SHARP BLADES AND EDGES. WEAR PPE
(GLOVES AND GOGGLES) TO PREVENT INJURY.
NOTE: Breaker version may vary. (See Figure 1)
1. Check unit is:
• On a dedicated breaker.
• Plugged into a dedicated outlet.
• NOT plugged into a GFI outlet.
• Has correct voltage to shaver motor (See Figure 2)
With a voltage meter set for DC voltage, insert
your leads into the black and white wires with
the connector still connected. Go into the
managers menu, service and then outputs.
Arrow down to shaver motor and turn on the
shaver motor. You will then be able to read the
voltage at the connector. You should have 120
volts DC +/- 10%.
2. Check the ice shaver blade for cracks, chips, and/or dull
edges. (See Figure 3)
NOTE: If ice shaver blade has unused side it can be
uninstalled, rotated 180 degrees and reinstalled to keep
machine operating. New blade will need to be ordered and
installed promptly.
3. Check the ice shaver blade screws to make sure they
are not backing out. (See Figure 4)

thick, clumping together, not breaking apart in ice
maker, the wrong type of ice, etc.). Never use bagged
ice. (See Figure 7)
7. Check for foreign material both in and under the ice
bin (cell phones, keys, coffee beans, etc.). (See Figure 8)

it is mounted firmly (not moving back and forth or side
