B. Safety Lock
Pull the safety lock off can stop the machine during any operation. Screen will display "Safety lock off,
please pay attention to check!" Retrun the lock and machine will reset.
Maintenance is very important to the normal operation of the treadmill. Improper maintenance may damage
the machine and shorten it's life expectancy. Make sure all the parts are well fastened during the assembly
and replace promptly the broken parts.
This treadmill is equipped with a pre-lubricated, low maintenance deck system. But after the using of the
first few weeks, user might need to adjust the running belt. Users' weight and different running gestures
might cause slip or drift of the running belt.
Step 1. Turn the left adjusting bolt 1/4 clockwise with 6mm wrench.
Step 2. Turn the right adjusting bolt 1/4 clockwise. Make sure to turn the two bolts same distance,
otherwise the running belt will drift.Step 3. If the belt is still loose and slips during running, repeat the above
steps to tighten the belt. NotePlease don't tighten the belt too much as it may cause damage to the roller
and other parts. To loosen the belt, turn the adjust bolts counterclockwise.
Belt Drifting happens when the user's feet cause different pressure to the belt.
F
ollow the below steps to adjust the belt.
Step 1. Let the treadmill run at speed of 6KM/H
Step 2. Observe the status of the belt drifting. If it drifts to the left, turn the left adjusting bolt 1/4 clockwise. If it
drifts to the right, turn the right adjusting bolt 1/4 clockwise. Repeat the adjustment and sure the roller is horizontal.
Step 3. Increase the speed to 14KM/H and observe the status of belt. If any drifting,
slow down the speed and adjust the bolts again.
Note: Once the belt returns to normal state, make sure the belt is well tightened.
The running board has been pre-lubricated, but a frequent check of the running board will help
1. Location for lubrication is the middle part between the belt and board.
2. Cut the lubrication oil bottle
3. Spread the oil in the middle part between the belt and board. Then press the belt and slowly move
it backward to apply the oil evenly on the board.
The treadmill has transportation wheels for easy move. Please switch off the power
and fold the running board before moving it.
