Ordering the correct size enclosure is critical to a proper installation. Please follow
these steps to accurately measure your shower enclosure opening.
STEP 1
Ensure that the nished wall
material is in place before
measuring.
STEP 2
For inline openings, take
length-wise measurements at
the bottom, center and top of
your opening.
For openings with a return,
please measure at the center
of the curb (centerline).
Pro Tip: Remember to allow for the
body of the measuring tape.
STEP 3
Check all surfaces and walls for level.
If any surface is out of level by 3/8” or
more, a tapered ller is recommended.
Pro Tip: Don’t forget
to check the top
of the buttress,
if applicable.
STEP 4
Measure your available height (from
shower curb to ceiling) and requested
height (from shower curb to the
desired height of you door).
