Q:Do I need an amplifier?
A:If you live in an area close to the tower, you don't need to increase the
signal strength. You can put away the amplifiers we distribute and use
the antenna directly. The amplifier can be used when the signal is weak. If
you live in a weaker area, you may need to use an amplifier to enhance
your reception. The amplifier is a one-way receiving function and does
not emit radiation. Please use it with confidence.
Q:Are all TV channels now broadcast in HD format?
A:Not all digital signals are high definition. Make sure your TV has a HD
Receive Decoder so you can view HD channels. For more information,
visit dtv.gov/maps or tvfool.com to find out which HD channels you can
receive.
Q:Is the channel number the same?
A:In digital systems, the channel number and actual channel number
that appear on the TV screen may and often are different. Many stations
have sub-channels (eg, channel 2, channel 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.). Please
understand that reception will vary depending on the location and
location of the tower antenna and your area.
