1. Remove accessories from the cooking space.
2. Remove the sealing film over the water outlet in the cooking space.
3. Insert the filter over the water outlet in the cooking space.
- At the end of the process, the appliance releases the steam automatically, which should be checked. The base is then flooded with
water automatically and must be completely drained off until there are only a few drops left.
If the «Check water supply» message appears:
➤ Check whether the water supply is open and water is available.
➤ If the water supply is open, press OK on the display to confirm.
➤ Check that the reinforced hose is free of kinks.
If water still remains in the cooking space, the pumping off process is repeated more than three times at short intervals, the “Check
water outlet” or E77, E78 message appears:
➤ Check the drain hose is free of kinks.
➤ Lay the drain hose so that the hose content does not run back into the appliance.

4. Appliance with the steamer mode Operate at 100°C for at least 4 minutes.
Draining the water system prior to maintenance work or transport
• Draining the water system occurs automatically approx. 20 minutes after it has finished operating and drains the water
system by approx. 90%.
• The F27 message indicates an undrained water system.
• The main parts of the water system cannot be drained without a power supply.
• Special care is needed if the descaling was aborted and descaler still remains in the water system.
Draining the fixed mains water connection
➤ Close the stopcock, hang up the reinforced hose.
➤ Start the hot air mode, then press the Off button after 10 seconds. Wait one minute until it drains.
Disassembling and transport
• For removing the device, pull out the hoses continuously from behind.
• Avoid contamination from waste water in the reinforced hose.
• The appliance must never be tilted more than 45°.
