Boogie Board Blackboard 55 Doane Series gives you an experience similar to writing on a traditional chalkboard but without the hassle of chalk dust. Boogie Board Blackboard or other property. Do not use Boogie Board Blackboard for other than intended use. This product is not
intended for use by young children without supervision. Do not aempt to open this product other than to replace the baeries
using the baery cover. Only use AA Alkaline (LR6, AM3) baeries with this product. Non-rechargeable baeries are not to be
recharged. Rechargeable baeries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Rechargeable baeries are to be removed from
the product before being charged. Baeries are to be inserted with the correct polarity. Do not mix types, grades, brands, new,
or used baeries. Replace all baeries at the same me. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Exhausted baeries
are to be removed from product. Remove baeries if product is to be le unused for a long me. Upon disposal of this product,
remove baeries and recycle properly.

Mounting Instructions:
Before Mounting:
Welcome to Blackboard™
Write:
Clear:
Before first use:
1. Select approximate location for mounting Blackboard
and mark height on wall.
2. Use a level and draw a horizontal line the full width of
Blackboard on the wall (approximately 1307.8 mm / 51.5 in.)
3. Using a stud finder (not included), make a small mark
on the line to identify stud locations.
4. Choose two studs that are at least 32” apart to secure
the two included mounting brackets using the four
included screws. Drill four pilot holes using 3/32” drill bit.
Be sure to keep the two mounting brackets aligned and
level when securing to wall.
5. Carefully slide Blackboard onto the mounting brackets.
6. Using a pencil, make a mark on the wall through the
two boom mounting holes.
7. Remove Blackboard from the wall. Using a ¼” drill bit,
drill a hole on the two corner marks and press the includ-
ed drywall anchors into the holes.
8. Mount and reposition Blackboard so that the wall
anchors are aligned with the two mounting holes.
9. Secure Blackboard directly to the wall using one screw
in each of its two boom corners.
10. Carefully slide each corner cap into position over the
two boom corners until you hear or feel a click.
Insert corner cover inserts into boom two corner
covers. The corner cover insert should be pushed
flat against the corner cover.
Be sure to remove the plastic tab located on the baery
door before use.
Use the included inkless Blackboard™ Marker for an experi-
ence that feels familiar.
A simple press of the Clear Buon clears the Blackboard’s
entire writing surface.
