Mounting instructions
1. Remove bogie from snow mobile.
2. Loosen balata belt (i. e. the belt limiting
suspension travel upon rebound). These belts
should not be reinstalled.
3. Remove shock absorber attachment bolts, and
remove the original shock absorber.
4. Fit Öhlins shock absorber with cylinder head
upward and reservoir facing backwards (see
figure). Fit the two shock absorber attachment
bolts.
5. Make sure that all the bolts are tightened.
Reinstall the bogie into the snow mobile.
1. Demontera boggin från skotern.
2. Lossa balataremmen ( d v s remmen som
begränsar returslaget). Dessa remmar skall ej
användas tillsammans med Öhlindämparen.
3. Lossa stötdämparens fästskruvar och demontera
standarddämparen.
4. Montera Öhlindämparen med cylinderhuvudet
uppåt och behållaren bakåt enligt skiss.
5. Kontrollera att alla skruvar är åtdragna och
montera tillbaka boggin påp skotern.
