This product must be assembled on a flat, level surface to assure its
proper function.

Inspect and tighten all parts before every use. Replace any worn
parts immediately. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.

When adjusting the seat post and handlebar post slowly to avoid your
fingers not pinching
by
seat post
or
handlebar stem and seat

tighten by
Lock Lever.
If
not, the seat may slip -and cause injury.

Wear soft jogging shoes and put your foot as far forward as you can to
toe-clip, use
two bands to adjust' the strap
of
pedal to tighten.
7. Do Not raised Handlebar Stem and Seat Post above SAFETY LINE.
Failure to do so may result in serious injury.

STEP 1 FRONT AND REAR STABILIZER
1.
Attach Rear Stabilizer(2) and Front Stabilizer (6) to Main
Frame (1) on a
flat level surface floor, using two M8 X 4"
Domed Bolts (3), two M8 Washers (4) and two
M8
Domed
Nuts (5) on each.
2. There are height adjusters underneath the End Caps
(37,58) installed on the Front and Rear Stabilizers that
need to be adjusted until the bike is totally
staole on the
floor.

STEP 2 ASSEMBLE PEDALS
1.
Carefully align the threads
of
the axle on the Right Pedal (7R)
("R" on end
of
axle) with the threaded hole on the right crank
arm and screw in clockwise by hand. Tighten the pedal to the
crank arm using a 15mm wrench.
2.
Repeat the procedure for the left side. but screw the Left Pedal
(7L) in counter-clockwise.

1.
Insert the Stainless Steel Handlebar Stem (14) into the Front
Tube
of
Bike (1), adjust the height according to your personal
height above the SAFETY LINE, tighten by Lock Lever (18).
Note:
Pull
the Lever
of
Lock Lever (18) backward and then
release to adjust the angle
of
Lever you desired.
2. Remove the pre-installed V-Lock fixed screw (20) in the
front
handlebar stem and then slide the Handlebar (11) onto the
Stainless Steel Handlebar Stem (14) and tighten using the
Lock Lever (18). Re-insert the V-Lock screw and tighten.

STEP 4 ASSEMBLE SEAT AND SEAT POST
1.
Insert the Seat Post (15)
intothe
Rear Tube
of
Bike (1), adjust
the height according to your perSonal height above the
SAFETY LINE, tighten by Lock Lever (18).
Note: Pull lever
of
Lock Lever (18) backward and then release
to adjust the angle
of
Lever.
2.
Remove the pre-installed V-Lock fixed Screw (20) on rear
of
Stainless Steel Seat Post (15) and slide the Seat Sliding
Housing (16) onto the Stainless Steel Seat Post (15), tighten
by Lock Lever (18). Re-insert the V-Lock fixed screw and
tighten.

STEP 5 ASSEMBLE BOTTLE CAGE
1.
Attach a Bottle Cage (9) to each side
of
the front forks and
secure using the Bottle Cage Fixed Screws
(10).'
