Series Set Up
1. 1. Insert the provided bracket
into the back slots.
2. Unplug the line cable from
your telephone.(Don't touch
the other end on the wall.)
3. Insert the line cable into the
LINE port of the call blocker.
4. Insert the short black cable
provided into the PHONE port,
placing the other end into
your telephone.
Parallel Set UP
If caller ID or intermittent ringing issues arise, try the parallel.
1. Unplug the original phone line from the wall socket. Connect the
splitter to the wall socket.
2. Use the original phone line to connect the telephone.
3. Connect the short phone lineprovided in the package to call
blocker.
Function
Large Capacity
Block nuisance or unwanted calls up to 4000 groups.
Add or Remove Blocked Number
Manually enter or remove numbers to/from the Blocking list.
Block Area Code
Blocks the Area Code or the first few digits of a incoming calling number.
(Hint: Limited to 10 Groups)
VoIP Blocking Function
This will reject all VoIP style internet Nuisance Calls.
Block NO Caller ID Calls
This will block all calls without caller ID.
Ring Setting
You can choose 1-Ring or 0-Ring for blocked calls.
This product requires Caller ID service from your network
provider.
Display
Number of Blocked Calls
Display the amount of numbers that have been added to the block list.
Navigation Buttons
Block list: The list of blocked call numbers.
Call list: A list of the last 999 numbers.
BLOCK NO CID
Block phone calls without caller ID.
CALL LOG 000
New incoming calls list or blocked calls list.
Operation
1. New Incoming Calls
When receiving new calls, the telephone will detect the number
automatically and display the number and also count the
numbers. (numbers are stored in numerical order)
1.1.1 Reviewing New Incoming Calls
Press the UP or DOWN button to review the incoming call log,
and the LCD Screen will show the "CALL LOG"+ count, for
example "CALL LOG 002", which means there has 2 incoming
calls.
1.1.2 Deleting New Incoming Call Numbers
When reviewing incoming call numbers, press the “DELETE”
button twice to delete the displayed number, and word "done"
appears on the LCD screen.
1.1.3 To Delete All Incoming Call Numbers
When reviewing incoming call numbers, press the “DELETE”
button for 3 seconds and word "done" appears on the LCD
screen.
(Hint: Even though the number was removed from the call list,
as long as this number has been blocked, it will still in the block
list.)
2. Blocking Numbers Without Caller ID
First press the “BACK/ NO CID” button, then press the “DOWN”
button to toggle the NO CID on or off. Press BACK when done.
All calls without Caller ID will be rejected directly.

3. Adding Numbers to The Blacklist
3.1.1 Review the incoming call log on the device, (using the
UP and DOWN buttons to review) Press the “BLOCK” button to
add a displayed number to the blacklist. The LCD Screen shows
"SAVE--" and "SUCCEED".
3.1.2 While the call is active and the number is shown on the
device display, press the “BLOCK” button.
3.1.3 While the call is active and the caller ID is shown on
your phone handset, press “*” key on your telephone.
3.1.4 To enter block list manually, Using the phone handset,
press speakerphone, press *” key twice, enter a phone number,
and press “#” key. (**+ call number + # ") And the LCD Screen
shows "SAVE" and "SUCCEED".
Hint: This call blocker Can not add numbers to the blacklist
repeatedly, or the device will shows “REP.
4. Review and Delete Blacklist Numbers
With telephone in stand-by mode, press the “BLOCK” button,
then use the “UP or DOWN” buttons to review the blacklist.
Numbers are stored in numerical order. To delete a displayed
number, press the “DELETE” button twice, and the LCD Screen
shows the word "done" and number is deleted successfully.
5. Create and Review Area Code Blacklist
5.1.1 Using the phone handset, press speakerphone, press “*
key, then press 8, press “*” again, enter a area code, and press
“#” key.(*8*+ Area Code + # ), you will hear a "di", which means
the setting is saved successfully.
5.1.2 To block more area codes, input " *8*+ Area Code + #
"repeatedly. Use the "Delete" button to modify the error.
5.1.3 Reviewing the blocked area code, press the “BLOCK”
button on the call blocker, there will be 2 minus sign " - - " after
the area code, for example " 524- -". Use UP/DOWN to review
the code.
Hint: You can blocked max. 10 groups of Area Code. You will
hear 3 "BEEP" if you have entered 10 groups of codes and the
word "FULL" will be shown on the LCD screen.
6. Brightness Adjustment
The default lightness is Lcd 3.
Press "BRIGHT button, The display shows “lcd + brightness
level”. Use the UP or DOWN buttons to choose the brightness
between 1 and 5, with 5 being the brightest. Press the “BACK”
button to exit.
Hint: The setting will exit automatically if no operation in 5
seconds.
7. Change the Ring Setting
7.1.1 The default setting is “0 ring.
7.1.2 If you want to switch “1 ring, Press and hold "BACK/ NO
CID" button for 3 seconds until " 0 RING" shows on screen. Then
press up/ down to choose " 1 RING ", Press BACK when done.
7.1.3 Use the programming code " *6*#" to turn on the
0-Ring, "*7*#" to turn on the 1-Ring.

How to enter codes
Pick up the phone and get a dial tone, then enter any of the
codes below. You will hear a single "BEEP" after each # to
confirm successfully entry. You will hear 3 "BEEP" if the call
blocker is full memory and the "FULL" will be shown on the LCD
screen.
1 *0*# Delete all blocked numbers.
2 *1* + Number +# Delete this blocked number.
3 *2*# Delete all blocked Area codes.
4 *3* + Code +# Delete the selected Area code.
5 *4*# Turn on the NO CID Block.
6 *5*# Turn off the NO CID Block.
7 *6*# Turn on the 0-ring (Default setting)
8 *7*# Turn on the 1- ring
9 **+Number + # Add Number to be blocked
10 *61806180# Reset the call blocker back to default
settings.
FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)
Q: Do I need caller ID for the call blocker to work?
A: Yes, caller ID should be enabled on your telephone line for
the call blocker to work effectively.
Q: How to unblock a number if block accidently?
A: press the “BLOCK” button, then use the UP or DOWN”
buttons to review the blacklist. Press the “DELETE” button twice
to delete the displayed number.
Q: If a number has been blocked, does the phone ring at all?
A: No, it won’t ring after blocked.
B: For parallel connection. The extension phone will ring once
and hang up automatic ally, in this situation, try series
connection or connect call blocker to another phone.
Q: No dial tone since connect the device to my phone?
A: Try to switch on “1 ring program. Press and hold the “NO
CID/BACK” button for 3 seconds, then press the “UP or DOWN”
buttons to choose 1 ring. Press “BACK when done.
Q: Do not show incoming calls on the blocker?
A: Please confirm Caller ID Display is active on your telephone.
If not sure, please enquire local call center company.
B: Please make sure the phone line is connected in right way.
Plug your phone line to the port “LINE”, plug the short cable
provided to the port TEL. Connect another end to your
telephone.
