The KitchenAid® Vegetable Sheeter allows you to create thin, flat sheets of your favourite fruits and vegetables. Using a thick or a
thin blade for cung, your ingredients are more versale than ever. You can use the sheets as wraps, sushi, baked goods and
more! The KitchenAid® Vegetable Sheeter allows you to replace your usual ingredients with a healthier opon, such as pasta and
bread.
THIN BLADE 1.3mm thickness allows you to create delicate sheets for layering.

BLADE AND SPEED CONTROL GUIDE
Choose a blade based on your preference. Both blades work well for many types of recipes e.g., baked entrees, wraps, sushi.
Experiment with both blades to idenfy the thickness that you prefer.
*Approximate sheet thickness will be 1.3 mm.
**Approximate sheet thickness will be 1.8 mm.
***Zucchini/cucumber adapter should only be used with soft foods.

PROCESS FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
NOTE: When using the Vegetable Sheet Cuer aachment, do not wear es, scarves, loose clothing, long necklaces, or anything
that could become entangled in the aachment; gather long hair with a clasp.
NOTE: As the aachment cuts the vegetable into sheets, it can either be one connuous sheet or several sheets. This is normal.

CARE AND CLEANING
IMPORTANT: To avoid damaging the finish, never wash or immerse the main body of the Vegetable Sheet Cuer aachment in
water or place in the dishwasher. The removable blades and accessories are dishwasher safe.
NOTE: For easier cleaning, rinse blades and other accessories immediately aer each use. If food is stuck in the blades, use a
knife to remove the pieces.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the Stand Mixer should malfuncon or fail to operate while using the Vegetable Sheet Cuer aachment, please check the
following:
Did you follow the preparaon suggesons in the “Vegetable Sheet Cuer aachment blade chart”?
Did you choose a blade recommended for the type of food you are processing?
Is the Stand Mixer plugged in? Refer to the “Instrucons” manual that came with your Stand Mixer to find possible
soluons.
Is the fuse in the circuit to the Stand Mixer in working order? Refer to the “Instrucons” manual that came with your
Stand Mixer to find possible soluons.
