The LMP400 is a hand dough
sheeter for restaurants and
caterers that allows all types of
lining pastry and dough as well as
puff pastry work to be rolled out on
the premises. The LMP400 pastry
roller can be placed on a table and
can be moved easily.

V Teflon coated steel cylinders
(60 mm diameter).
V The cylinders may be regulated
for sheets ranging from 0,1 to 34
mm in thickness.
V Removable inclined stainless
