Limited Warranty – Prime Line Controls Products

Prime Line Controls warrants to the first retail (end user) purchaser of this product, or a Prime

Line Controls product incorporated into another vendor’s product that, for a period of two (2)

years from the date of original purchase, such product will be free from defects in materials and

workmanship. Prime Line Controls makes no warranty as to merchantability or to fitness of

its products for a particular purpose.

Limitations:

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER

WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE

IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

PURPOSE. PRIME LINE CONTROLS does not warrant against, and the Warranty shall be void

with respect to, damages or defects arising out of any of the following:

 Improper or abnormal use or handling of Prime Line’s products;

 Installation or use of a prime Line product in a manner that is inconsistent with Prime Line

Controls’

application information, guidelines, instructions and/or specifications’;

 Defects in product or components not manufactured by Prime Line;

 Non-Prime Line Controls manufactured products or components;

 Prime Line Controls products transferred from the equipment on which they were originally

installed;

 Failure to maintain Prime Line Controls product in accordance with Prime Line Controls’

application

information, guide lines, instructions and/or specification;

 Ordinary wear and tear resulting from the operation and/or use of the prime Line product.

This warranty also does not apply to products which have been altered or upon which repairs

have been affected or attempted by persons other than pursuant to written authorization by Prime

Line Controls. In addition, this warranty is only valid with respect to products purchase from

Prime Line Controls and its authorized dealers and resellers and is not transferable.

If any Prime Line Controls product is used commercially, for such purposes as rental or other

income-producing activities, then this warranty is limited to 90 days from the date of original

retail purchase.

Prime Line Controls’ employees’ or representatives’ ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN

STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by

customer, and are not part of the warranty stated herein.

The sole and exclusive obligation of Prime Line Controls shall be to repair or replace the product

which is, in Prime Line Controls’ opinion, defective, in the manner set forth above. Prime Line

Controls shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part thereof,

whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether

based on this Warranty or otherwise, shall Prime Line Controls be liable for any special, punitive

or consequential damages. Prime Line Controls is not responsible for charges connected with the

removal of such product or reinstallation of replacement or repaired parts.

To make a claim under this warranty, return the product believed to be defective to your local

Prime Line Controls dealer or distributor, along with proof of purchase. If your dealer or

distributor feels that a warranty claim is justified, he/she should contact Prime Line Controls

giving a description of the product and requesting authorization to return it to the factory.

Merchandise should not be returned to Prime Line Controls until a Return Goods

Authorization form is received. Prime Line Controls products returned under this

warranty must be tagged with theTel: 610-495-7011 31 customer’s name, street address,

and phone number to ensure proper handling, and returned freight prepaid to the selling

dealer or to the appropriate Prime Line Controls manufacturing facility.

After receipt of an RGA form, your dealer or distributor should return the product, freight

prepaid, to:

If found to be defective, and all return charges have been prepaid, Prime Line Controls will

repair or replace the product and return it freight prepaid.

Some states do not allow limitations on an implied warranty, or the exclusion of incidental or

consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. You may also have other

rights which vary from state to state.

If any part of this Limited Warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder shall
