押え足・送り板について
標準またはオプションの閂止め用の押え足と送り板はご使用いただけません。
※縫製エリアの設定を 50×40mm にした場合、40×30mm の場合と原点位置が異なるため針が押え足などに干渉する可能性があり
ます。
標準またはオプションの閂止め用の押え足・送り板を使用する場合は、縫製エリアの設定を 40×30mm にしてください。
About the work clamp and feed plate
The standard and optional work clamps and feed plates for bar tacking cannot be used.
* If the sewing area is set to 50 x 40 mm, the home position will be different from when the sewing area is set to 40 x 30 mm, and so
the needle may interfere with the work clamp.
If using the standard or optional work clamps and feed plates for bar tacking, set the sewing area to 40 x 30 mm.
关于压脚和送布板
不可使用标准或选购件中的套结用压脚和送布板。
※将缝纫区域设定为50×40mm时，因为与40×30mm时的原点位置不同，所以针可能会与压脚等发生干涉。
使用标准或选购件中的套结用压脚和送布板时，请将缝纫区域设定为40×30mm。
Acerca del prensatelas y placa de alimentación
Los prensatelas estándar y opcional y las placas de alimentación no se pueden usar para remate.
* Si el área de costura se ajusta a 50 x 40 mm, la posición de inicio será diferente del área de costura cuando se ajusta a 40 x 30
mm, y la aguja podría interferir con el prensatelas.
Si usa el prensatelas estándar o opcional y las placas de alimentación para remate, ajuste el área de costura a 40 x 30 mm.

work clamp arm (3).

1. 止ねじ(1)[2 本]をゆるめて、押え腕(2)からフィンガーガー
ド(3)を取り外します。
2. 付属のフィンガーガード(4)を、押え腕(2)に差し込み、止
ねじ(1) [2 本]で固定します。

arm (2), and secure it with the two set screws (1).

1. 締ねじ(1)をゆるめて、押え腕レバー(2)を後ろ方向に動かし、押え足(3)を上方向に取り外します。
1. Loosen the screw (1), move the work clamp arm lever (2) toward the back, and then lift up the work clamp (3) to remove it.
1. 松开螺钉(1)，将压脚臂杆(2)往后方移动，将压脚(3)从上方拆下。
1. Aflojar el tornillo (1), mover la palanca del brazo del prensatelas (2) hacia atrás, y luego levantar el prensatelas (3) para
desmontarlo.
2. 付属の押え足(4)を上側から押え腕(5)に取り付け、押え腕レバー(2)を前方向に動かし、押え足(4)の穴部に押え腕レバー(2)の先端
部を入れて、締ねじ(1)で固定します。
2. Install the accessory work clamp (4) to the work clamp arm (5) from above, move the work clamp arm lever (2) forward so that the
end of the work clamp arm lever (2) fits into the work clamp hole, and then secure by tightening the screw (1).
2. 将附带的压脚(4)从上侧安装到压脚臂(5)上，将压脚臂杆(2)往前方移动，将压脚臂杆(2)的前端放入压脚(4)的孔部，用螺钉(1)固定。

1. ばね(1)[2 個]を取り外します。
2. 締ねじ(2)[6 本]をゆるめて、押え足押え板(3) [3 個]と押え足(4)を取り外します。

2. Loosen the six screws (2), and then remove the three work clamp presser plates (3) and the work clamps (4).

NOTE:
After replacing the work clamp (1), be sure to apply
grease before using it.

It is recommended that you use commercially-available
JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy POWERNOC WB 2 grease
for the work clamp (1).

Lubrique con grasa periódicamente las partes deslizantes

NOTA:

1. 補助板支え(1)[4 個]を締ねじ(2)[4 本]、平座金(3)[4 個]、カラー(4)[4 個]で取り付けます。
1. Install the four auxiliary plate supports (1) with the four screws (2), the four washers (3) and the four collars (4).
1. 用 4 根螺钉(2)、4 个平垫圈(3)、4 个套环(4)安装辅助板支架(1)。
1. Instalar los cuatro soportes de placa auxiliares (1) con los cuatro tornillos (2), las cuatro arandelas (3) y los cuatro collares (4).
2. 針板補助板(5)を手前から水平方向に差し込みます。
3. 締ねじ(6)[4 本]で針板補助板(5)を取り付けます。
4. 針板補助板(5)と針板(7)が同じ高さになるように締ねじ(2)[4 本]をゆるめて調整します。
※針板補助板(5)は水平に取り付けてください。
2. Insert the auxiliary plate (5) horizontally from the front.
3. Install the auxiliary plate (5) with the four screws (6).
4. Loosen the four screws (2), and then adjust the auxiliary plate (5) so that it is at the same height as the needle plate (7).
* Install the auxiliary plate (5) so that it is horizontal.

1. センサーハーネス(1)をコードホルダ 18N(2)とコード穴(3)に通します。
2. コントロールボックス(4)の蓋を開けます。
3. センサーハーネス(1)をコードクランプ(5)に通します。
4. コネクタをメイン基板上のP13に接続します。
5. コントロールボックス(4)の蓋を閉めます。このときコード類が蓋にはさまっていないことを確認してください。
1. Pass the sensor harnesses (1) through cord holder 18N (2) and the cord hole (3).
2. Open the cover of the control box (4).
3. Pass the sensor harnesses (1) through the cord clamps (5).
4. Connect the connectors to P13 on the main P.C. board.
5. Close the cover of the control box (4).
Check that none of the cords are being clamped by the cover at this time.
1. 将传感器线束(1)穿过电线夹18N(2)和电线孔(3)。
2. 打开控制箱(4)的盖子。
3. 将传感器线束(1)穿过线夹(5)。
4. 将插头连接到主基板上的P13。

３-１. メモリースイッチの設定方法（管理者用）
縫製エリアを 50×40mm に設定するためにはメモリースイッチの変更が必要です。

メモリースイッチ設定画面にします
ホームキーを押しながら電源スイッチを入れます。

アを変更するメモリースイッチ No.473 を選択しま
す。
初期値から変更されているメモリースイッチだけを表
示させたいとき
キー(3)または キー(4)をタッチします。
・ 初期値から変更されているメモリースイッチが
順番に表示されます。

メモリースイッチ No.473 の内容を変更します
キーまたは キー(5)をタッチして、設定値(6)
を変更します。
・ 設定値が未確定の場合は点滅表示になります。
・ RESET キー (7)をタッチすると、初期値を
表示させることができます。
メモリースイッチの詳細説明を確認する場合
Check キー (8)をタッチすることで選択中のメモリースイッチの詳細説明を確認することができます。

変更した内容を確定します
OK キー をタッチします。
・設定値(9)が点滅→点灯に変わり、内容が確定します。
・OK キーをタッチせずに、メモリースイッチの番号
の変更や、戻るキー のタッチ等で画面移動さ
せると、変更内容をキャンセルすることができます。

上記手順 2～4 を繰り返して、メモリースイッチ No.460、461 の内容も変更します。
※ メモリースイッチ No.473 の設定を 0 から 1（50×40mm 設定）に変更した後の場合、RESET キー
をタッチすることで No.460、461 の設定値をそれぞれ「50.0」、「40.0」にすることができます。

設定モード終了 戻るキーを押します。
・ 特殊メニュー画面へ戻ります。

ホームキーを押します。
・ ホーム画面に移行します。

３-２. 原点位置調整

原点位置調整設定画面にします
メニューキーを押しながら電源スイッチを入れます。
調整メニュー画面が表示されます。
メニュー内にある「原点位置調整」をタッチして
原点位置調整設定画面へ移動します。

原点位置を調整します
1. Check キー (1)をタッチして、原点検出を
行います。
2. プーリを回して、送り板に当たらない程度に針を近
づけます。
3. X モーターの値(2)または Y モーターの値(3)をタッ
チして選択します。
選んだ数値の背景が黒くなります。
4. 原点が針の位置になるように キーまたは
キー(4)をタッチして、オフセット値を変更し
ます。
・ X または Y送りモーターがオフセット値に連動し
て動きます。
・ オフセット値が点滅表示されます。
・ RESET キー (5)をタッチすると、[0]にリ
セットされます。
※ 原点の位置は「２-７. 押え板と送り板の加工図」
の送り板加工図を参考にしてください。
50×40 のエリアの中心が原点となるように調整
を行なってください。
5. Check キー(1)をタッチして、原点検出を行います。
原点位置を確認してください。

OK キーをタッチしてオフセット値を確定します。
・オフセット値が点灯表示されます。

３-３. 追加プログラムの読み込み方

追加プログラムの準備
追加プログラムを下記のフォルダ名とファイル名で USB メモリーに保存します。
フォルダ名： ¥BROTHER¥ISM¥ISMDA**¥
・**の部分にはメモリースイッチ No.752 の値が入ります。初期値は[00]です。
異なるミシンの追加プログラムを一つの USB メモリーで管理したい場合にはフォルダ
名を変更してください。
ファイル名： ISMS0***.SEW
・***はプログラム番号です。001～500 まで設定可能です。

USB メモリーの接続
USB メモリーを操作パネルの USB ポートに挿入し
ます。
[ご注意]
・向きに注意して挿入してください。
・抜き差し時以外は、必ずふたを閉めてください。ほ
こり等が入ると、故障の原因となります。

データ読書きモードの起動
1. メニューキー を押してメニュー画面へ移行
します。
2. メニュー内にある｢データ読書き｣をタッチしてデ
ータ読書きモードへ移行します。

追加プログラムの読み込み
1. キー(1)または キー(2)をタッチして、［3. 追
加プログラム読み込み］を選択します。
2. キーまたは キー(3)をタッチして、読み込
みたい追加プログラム番号(4)を選択します。
・「ALL」が表示されている時は、全追加プログラ
ムを一括で読み込みます。
3. OK キー
をタッチして読み込みを実行しま
す。

Apply the changed parameter setting.

return key to switch the screen without touching
the OK key, you can cancel the changes.
