FILLING THE GUN

• Push in the release plate at the back of the gun and pull the rod

back until the plunger is out of the barrel and remove barrel.

If the plunger sticks because it is dry just pour some water into

the barrel.

• Attach the chosen nozzle: grey for fine joints and tile grouting;

black for large joints and brick pointing. Fill the barrel.

• Replace the filled barrel and operate the trigger until the

plunger makes contact with the material. The gun is now ready

barrel.

• Avoid mortar contaminating the mechanism by regularly

rinsing it clean.

• If the material will still not flow properly, this may be due to:

- incomplete mixing

- sharp sand or gravel in the mix

- sand and cement premix separating in the bag. Ensure when

using a part-bag that dry materials are properly mixed.

ADJUSTING THE PLUNGER

The plunger is adjustable for wear. Tightening the nuts will

to the mechanism afterwards will ensure reliable and

efficient performance.
