of this wireless device that should this product or partthereofduring
normal consumer usage and condition be proven to be defective in
materialorworkmanship that resultsinproduct failurewithinthe first
twelve(12)monthsfromthedateofpurchaseasshownonyouroriginal
sales receipt from an authorized sales agent. Such defect(s) will be
repairedorreplaced(withneworrebuiltparts)atthecompany’soption
withoutchargeforpartsorlabordirectlyrelatedtothedefect(s).
Batteries,poweradapters,andotheraccessoriessoldasinboxitemsare
alsowarrantedagainstdefectsandworkmanshipthatresultsinproduct
failurewithinthefirstsix(6)monthsperiodfromthedateofpurchaseas
shownonyouroriginal salesreceipt.Suchdefect(s)will berepaired or

files,crash,highvoltage,corrosion,oxidation;
•Removal or altering of the wireless device’s event labels or serial
numbers(IMEI);
•Damagefromexposuretowaterorotherliquids,moisture,humidity,
excessive temperatures or extreme environmental conditions, sand,
excessdustandanyconditionoutsidetheoperatingguidelines;
•Defectsinappearance,cosmetic,decorativeorstructuralitemssuchas
framingandnon-operativeparts;
•Damageasresultofphysicalabuseregardlessofcause.
