This blast chiller/freezer is designed for commercial kitchens and bakeries. It can quickly chill or freeze large quantities of food, making it ideal for preparing food ahead of time or for preserving leftovers. The Moffat 6AEM has a 3 GN 1/1 tray capacity or a 3 600mm x 400mm tray capacity. It also features:
