4 Wiring
The GC500/GC600 series are equipped with a simple wiring scheme with a 2.5 meter, 8 cores wire:

Be careful not to short the Orange and Blue wire it may erase the firmware and a new firmware

5 Mounting
The GC500/GC600 system can be mounted on any none metallic

plane surfaces.
The system can be installed indoor and outside. It is advised to install the unit on the secured side
to prevent tampering and vandalism. The radio waves can penetrate most none metallic walls so it
is safe to install it on the inner side of the wall.
A typical installation is close to the door/gate in the same height as the user will carry the mobile
phone or other Bluetooth equipped device. However, it is possible to make a hidden installation
under none metallic ceilings due to the use of radio waves

. The transmit power and detection
range may need adjust to compensate for the chosen installation. Please refer to the
GC500/GC600 Series User Manual.
Make sure that the GC500/GC600 system is firmly secured to the wall. Use appropriate plugs and
screws for wall mounting.
Do not expose the unit to heat.
Caution!
1)
Metallic surfaces will reflect/prevent radiation of the radio waves used with Bluetooth. Keep a
good distance to metallic surfaces.

Status LED’s are not visible
