POWER,GROUND,REM OTECONNECT ION
+12V(POWERCONNECTION)
Before mounting AudioQ amplifiers, please disconnect the negative (-) wire from battery to protect any accidental damage to SoundQubed amplifiers
and car audio system. SQ-750, SQ-1200 & SQ-4 are designed to use 4 gauge power cable and ground connection and equipped with fuses. SQ-
2200, SQ-3500D.1 and SQ-20 are using 0 gauge power and 0 gauge power and ground connection and not equipped with fuses Connect the power
cables to power terminal labeled as +12V. You have to install the external fuses on the power cable for SQ-2200, SQ-3500D.1 and SQ-20 Connect
one end of fuse holders to the power cable and the other end of fuse holders to positive battery within 20 cm of the same cable. This fuse location will
protect the system and the vehicle against the possibility of a short circuit in the power cable. Be sure to use fuses and fuse holdera adequate for the
application
GND(GROUNDCONNECTION)
Locate a secure grounding connection as close to amplifier as possible. Make sure the location is clean and provides a direct electrical connection to
the frame of the vehicle. Connect one end of a short piece of the same size cable as the power cable to the grounding point. Run the one end of the
cable to the grounding point. Run the other end of the cable to the mounting location. Connect the ground cable to the screw terminal labeled as
GND.
REM(REMOTECONNECTION)
Run a remote turn on cable from the switched +12V source. You will be using to turn on the system components. This may be a toggle switch, a
relay, or your source unit's remote trigger cables, or power antenna trigger cable Connect the remote turn on cable to the power terminal labeled as
REM.
INSTALLATION
*.INTALLATION
In case, You install SoundQubed amplifiers by yourself, please read owner's manual and follow your installation steps very carefully. Before you start
your installation, Please take all steps into consideration. or you can have a SQ authorized distributor check the installation and set your car audio
systems.
*.MOUNTINGPREPARATION
Disconnect the negative (-) battery cable before mounting SoundQubed amplifiers or making any connections. Check the battery and alternator
ground (-) connections. Make sure they are properly connected and Free of corrosion Before selecting a mounting location for SoundQubed
amplifiers Please take some concerns into consideration with cooling efficiency and safety.
*.MOUNTINGLOCATION
SoundQubed amplifiers use heavy-duty and good heat radiation heatsink design for avoiding excessive heat from SoundQubed amplifier's circuitry.
But for better heat radiation performance, it is good to find the mounting location where you can install SoundQubed amplifiers vertically with the
heatsink fins and better air flow around SoundQubed amplifiers. For the safety, You have to find dry and well ventilated location and make sure any
cables and car equipment are not interfaced with mounting location. Be sure the mounting location and drilling of pilot cables for mounting wil not
present a hazard to any cables, control cables, fuel lines, fuel tanks, hydraulic lines or other vehile systems or components
SPEAKERCONNECT ION
SoundQubed amplifiers are recommended to use 12 gauge or thicker speaker connecting cables. Run 12 gauge speaker connecting cables from the
your speakers to SoundQubed amplifier's mounting location. Keep speaker cables away from power cables and SoundQubed amplifier's input cables.
Use grommets anywhere the cables have to pass through the holes in the metal frame or sheet metal. Connect the speakers according to the type of the
terminals on each speaker. Strip 3/8" of insulation form the end of each cable and twist the cables strands together tightly. Make sure there insulation
from the end of each cable and twist the cables together tightly. Make sure there are no stray strands that might touch other cables or terminals and
cause a short circuit. Crimp spade lugs over the cable ends or tin the ends with solder to provide a secure termination Connect the cable ends to
SoundQubed amplifiers as per speaker system diagram.

SoundQubed linkable connection makes 2pcs of SoundQubed amplifiers to 2 ohm and double output power of single unit's 1ohm. Please study the
following connection diagram carefully to ensure the correct connections.
1. Connecting master amplifier to the headunit
2. Set master amplifier's output master and input slave siwtch to output master position
3. Connect the master and slave SoundQubed amplifiers's rca jack as per diagram
4. Set slave amplifier's output master and input slave switch to input slave position.
5. Connect speaker cable (+) on master amplifier to subwoofer (+)
6. Connect speaker cable (+) on slave smplifier to subwoofer (-)
7. Connect speaker cable (-) on master amplifier to speaker cable (-) on slave amplifier

1. Pls check all connections, cables' routing short voltage at SoundQubed amplifiers and headunit.
2. Pls check fuses. If it is blown, pls replace with new one.
3. Pls check whether the speakers work well. you can test the speakers by connecting to another amplifier.
PROTECTION
SoundQubed amplifiers have the safest protection circuits. When the amplifier is shutdown, Protection LED ( RED light ) is turned on at endpanel.
SoundQubed amplifiers will be back on, when resetting headunit by turning off and on if there is no circuit fault.
1. Overload : make sure the recommended subwoofer speaker's minimum impedance and do not use lower than recommended ( minimum )
impedance. Single unit of SoundQubed amplifier recommended subwoofer speakers impedance is 1ohm. Linked SoundQubed amplifier's
recommended subwoofer speakers impedance is 2ohm. SQ-4 channel amplifier's minimum impedance is 2ohm stereo or 4ohm mono.
2. Overheat ( Thermal ) : SoundQubed amplifiers will be on some minutes later when they are shut down due to overheat. For better heat
dissapation, Pls make better airflow and no obstruction around SoundQubed amplifiers.
3. Speaker Short : Pls make sure the speaker wire connection and re-route speaker wires.
4. DC offset : When over 4V DC, SoundQubed amplifiers will be protected. Pls check whether SoundQubed amplifiers work after removing
FCA-input. If SoundQubed amplifiers work after removing RA-input, then pls measure DC by checking RCA-input L and R. Then DC is over
4V at input. Pls try by replacing headunit or source unit.
5. High & Low voltage protection : SoundQubed amplifiers have high and low voltage protection. SQ-750, SQ-1200 and SQ-2200 have voltage
protection range from 8.5 ~ 16 Volts. SQ-3500D.1 has 8.5 ~ 18 Volts. SQ-20 has 8.5V ~ 15 Volts. So make sure the battery voltage is within
recommended voltage ranges.
NOISEPROBLEMS
1. Readjust input level and check the speaker quality at another amplifier. Pls Replace poor quality seakers with good quality ones.
2. Pls check Ground contact between SoundQubed amplifiers and headunit.
3. Pls check Rca Jack and replace with new one or re-route Rca Jack cable.
4. Engine noise is caused by poor grounding of amplifiers, headunit, other components, battery or alternator, so pls check all grounding
connections.

1. Pls check speaker cables and reverse polarity of one channel
