Product Usage
Explanation on recording features of MOBI-750
1. Continuous Recording
The video images are automatically recorded and saved in the micro SD memory card once the power is supplied to
the Black box even the product is not set in an external shock mode or manual recording mode. The constant
recording images will be saved in [Normal] folder.
Voice prompt saying 'Initiating image recording’ will be heard following the introductory greeting message
after ignition of a vehicle.
2. Event Recording
In case the shock with sensitivity bigger than the set value is detected by a shock detection sensor of the Black box,
the both images before and after the detection of the shock will be saved in the micro SD memory card. The video
images will be saved in the [Event] folder.
* MOBI-750: for 10 seconds before the shock/ for 10 seconds after the shock
In case that the event recording is started after detection of shock, blue LED starts blinking.
When shock is detected, 'ding-dong' beep sound will be heard
In MOBI-750, beep sound 'ding-dong' will heard followed by alarm sound 'piririk piririk piririk’ in the event
that a severe degree of shock is detected
This product is integrated with the special function enabling it to stably save the last image data even the
power is cut by an external shock while the recording is in progress. This function prevents the image data
from being broken while they are saved.
Note
13
3. Manual Recording
In case that recording function is necessary in addition to the basic constant recording mode, the image can be saved
in manual recording mode
In case that the left button in the main body is pressed, a voice prompt saying 'video images are being
recorded' will be heard and images for total 20 seconds 10 seconds before/10 seconds after the button is
pressed in case of MOBI-750, will be saved in the micro SD memory card at the same time. The video images
recorded in manual recording mode will be saved in the [EVENT] folder.
4. Parking Mode Recording
This is a mode recording images for total 20 seconds started by detecting minor shock or motion of objects while a
vehicle is parked
MOBI-750 : for 10 seconds before the shock/ for 10 seconds after the shock
The video images recorded in the parking mode will be saved in the [Parking] folder
The image recording function does not work if the ignition of a vehicle is turned off in case that the power is
supplied to the product through the cigarette lighter cable.
(* except for some vehicles)
It is possible to record images in parking mode only when the product is directly connected to the constant
power
Constant recording is stopped while the recording in the parking mode is in progress and activated only by
the detection of shocks or motion of objects depending on the user's setting.
.
14
Setting of parking mode

(Manual mode is prior to Automatic mode and it switches immediately to the parking mode by pressing and
held the right button in the main body for more than 5 seconds even the automatic mode is on)
Automatic Mode may not be working properly depending on the type of a vehicle and parking conditions. Be
sure that automatic mode is working properly as the failure to automatically switch to the parking mode in
the automatic mode results in the unexpected erasure of the images mistakenly saved by the constant mode
while a vehicle is parked because the images saved in the constant mode are erased after a certain period of
time is passed. In this case, it is recommended to manually switch the product to the parking mode to
correctly save the images in the parking mode.
Voice prompt saying "Convert to the parking mode" will be heard as soon as the parking mode is on
When the parking mode is on, the blue security LED on the front side of the product starts blinking at every
one second and faster at every 0.5 second as soon as a shock is detected
Release from parking mode
Automatic release: it automatically releases from the parking mode if the movement of a vehicle is
detected for a certain period of time
Manual release: it manually releases from the parking mode immediately after either right or left button in
the main body is pressed.
As the image data saved in a micro SD memory card may be damaged if the card is removed by force while
the power is on, be sure to remove the card from the slot after the power turns off and all LED lamps on the
product turn off.
