1.) Download and copy " flash.bin and usb_upgrade_all_flash.bin" to flash drive.

2.) Insert Flash drive to converter box.

3.) Plug the USB into the converter box and power it on.

4.) With the usb plugged in and the converter box turned on press the MENU button on your converter

7.) Upgrade process will begin. DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR CONVERTER BOX.

8.) Once upgrade is complete, box may reset back to factory default. Press the MENU button again on

your converter box remote (By default the password is: 000000) and press OK.

9.) Select RESTORE FACTORY DEFAULT.

10.) You will then be prompted to enter a password. Input the password using the number buttons on
