A.SAFETYPRECAUTIONS
RETAINTHISMANUALFORFUTUREREFERENCE.
IMPORTANT:BeforeusingyourBaker'sPridegriddle,theprotectivecoatingthatwasappliedatthefactory
mustbecompletelyremovedwithacommercialde-greaser.Afterathroughcleaningapplyahigh
temperaturesaltfreefryingoilandyourunitisreadytouse.
B.UNPACKINGINSTRUCTIONS:
FORYOURSAFETY,THEFOLLOWINGSAFETYPRECAUTIONSSHOULDBEFOLLOWEDANDENFORCED.

4.Wheninstalling,neverenclosethebottomareaoftheunitwitharaisedcurborotherconstructionthatwould
obstructtheflowofairintotheunit.
