Operation - Led Indicator
Sensor-1 can be reached at
785-937-4466
• LED stays on, if switch is on and
controller is operating normally.
• LED flashes steadily when in HOLD.
• If there is a problem with the wiring
or motor, the LED will flash to indicate
the system status. (See table below.)
If a system problem requires a call to
Sensor-1, please note the number of
flashes to help with troubleshooting.
LED STATUS INDICATOR CODES
Light on Steady Unit is turned on and operating normally
Steady Flashing Unit in HOLD. Check RUN/HOLD jumper or
Remote Switch for correct operation.
1 Flash/Pause Open circuit fault detected.
Check motor connections for open circuit.
2 Flashes/Pause Output short circuit fault detected.
Check motor wiring.
3 Flashes/Pause Over-current fault connection.
Check Total Load.
NOTE: Cycle power with the ON/OFF switch to clear fault code
IMPORTANT!
Do NOT connect the output leads to
the battery or power supply. Resulting
damage to controller will NOT be
covered under warranty.
