IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Read, follow and keep these instructions. Heed all warnings.
2.This speaker is capable of producing high sound pressure levels that may cause
permanent hearing damage. User caution is advised and ear protection is recom-
mended during use.

cabinet which is equipped with casters.
4.Speaker cables are a tripping hazard and must be routed out of traffic areas and
away from any possible accidental contact.

Your Crate V212 2x12 Guitar Speaker Enclosure is built from the
finest materials and components available. This cabinet is loaded
with two Celestion
®
speakers and comes standard with casters,
steel handles, heavy duty metal tilt back legs, Switchcraft metal
jacks on a metal input plate, and hardware for “piggy back” mount-
ing of the V32H guitar amplifier head.
The tilt back stands allow the cabinet to slant back at a 40
o
angle
to improve your ability to hear yourself, especially on smaller
stages. Heavy duty fastening posts on the top of the enclosure are
provided for secure locking of the V30H amp head, resulting in a
piggy back combo amp that can actually be used in the tilt back
position.
The V212 also makes an excellent extension cabinet for any
Crate guitar amplifier with a minimum load of 8 ohms.

The tilt back legs lock flat against the cabinet
when not in use - tighten the securing fasteners
completely to eliminate rattling.
Crate’s V32H amp head is designed to “piggy
back” mount onto the V212 enclosure. The V32H
has slide-out mounting hardware which lock onto
the posts on the top of the V212. Loosen the knobs
on the posts, slide the amp in place and lock down
the knobs.
The piggy-backed amp can be rolled around
on its casters by the amp head’s handle, but do
not try to pick the combo up by the amp head or
its handle.
The casters are to be removed before using the
cabinet in the tilt back mode. Swing each tilt back
leg into position and secure all hardware before
leaning the cabinet back. Do not allow the unit to
fall back on its own, rather, lower it into position.
(The cabinet should not be tilted back on slick or
smooth surfaces.)
