No power
Make sure input the right voltage, and check the AC-DC adapter (DC12V 4.2A)
No display
Check the D-sub cable, and make sure connected tightly to both sides.
Try to change inverter & A/D board to see the result (not recommended)
Waves & noise
Check VGA card, the waves and noise might be from VGA card.
Try to change inverter & A/D board to see the result (not recommended)
Wrong colors
Check VGA card, make sure VGA card is not defective.

3. Disassemble & Assemble
Instructions of replacing Inverter & A/D board
Using a screwdriver to loose the 4 screws
After taking off the 4 screws, you can take up the plastic cover

You will see the metal cover, please remove the 6 screws, then you will see the Inverter
& A/D board.
If you want to change the Inverter, please take off the 3 screws and disconnected the
cables

Test
After repairing and changingrecommend using video pattern generator (ex.Chroma
2316/2326) or display for testing software (ex.Nokia Monitor Test ) to test ,be sure the display's
function is normal.
Connect the LCD Monitor with power cordvideo lineCHROMA signal transmission
line.
Set the test pattern of CHROMA 2316/2326 into: 1. Timing orderly set into 123
456.
Examine 6 test picture ( refer to below 1~6 pictures orderly):

(1) Whether the picture around is evenly full frame ( biased picture NG )
(2) Whether the picture image is tremble ( display unusual NG )
(3) Whether the picture image is glittering ( display unusual NG )

(4) Whether the picture color is clear ( the redgreenblue color display unusual
NG )
(5) Whether the picture is disturbed by hetero-color. ( Panel is bad NG )
Any bad condition of the above-mentioned is displayed, press the AUTO key once, after
auto regulating of the function, if it is still unable to be normal, just belong to bad one.
