Assemble Seat Frame (A) to the Small Back Frame (B) with Bolt (D) and Washer (E) by using Allen

Key(F). Then in the other Side of Rim,Put Nut (G) and Washer (E) into Bolt (D) to Fasten by Wrench

(H).
