If something should go wrong
3
Integrated in the induction wok is a cooling
fan which switches in automatically depend-
ing on the appliance temperature. The cool-
ing fan sometimes continues to run for some
time after switching off the cooking zone.
If the temperature in the appliance exceeds a certain
value, in spite of the cooling fan being activated, the
appliance power is automatically reduced. Then the
induction wok will be heard to operate non-uniformly.

Repairs are only to be carried out by a certi-
fied expert.
You can rectify some faults yourself. First check
whether the problem is due to an operating error.
Repairs carried out during the warranty period are not
free of charge when the problem is due to an operat-
ing error or failure to comply with one of the following
instructions.
What to do, if...
... one or more touch controls do not react to
being activated?
Possible cause: The touch control sensitivity con-
stantly adapts itself to the ambient conditions.
Through unfavourable conditions, i.e. if you lean
against them for some time, it can be a few minutes
before the touch controls react again.
Wait ca. 15 min. or trip and then reset the circuit
breaker. Where necessary, repeat this action!
The touch controls have readjusted themselves and
once again react to being activated.
... even after twice tripping and resetting the cir-
cuit breaker, one or more touch controls are not
reacting to being activated?
Possible cause: Touch control or component faulty.
Only if the touch controls do not react after twice trip-
ping and resetting the circuit breaker, please trip the
circuit breaker again and notify the customer support
service.
