Originating in the tropics of South Africa and India, Gloriosa
Lilies bear a name that means “full of glory,” which is
appropriate for such a showy, exotic, tropical trailing vine that
produces flame colored blooms. It is deer resistant, attracts
butterflies, and is a good choice for containers for use on the
balcony or indoors.
