THROUGH-THE-WALL LINE SET KIT
Cut hole in siding only, do not cut through
interior surface.

4Place outer flange and tube into wall.
5Screw outer flange in four corners and caulk
around siding to form weather-tight seal.
Determine location for line set and place
outer 1” flanged tube assembly against
exterior wall surface and mark where hole is to be
cut. Thimble may be installed vertical or
horizontal. Fig. A.
Place tube in the center of the siding hole,
mark and cut hole 1/4” larger than tube size.

Place line set through tube and seal both
ends with foam insulation supplied. Fig. D.

7A. Place interior flange over tube and screw
flange in four corners, providing interior surface
is other than brick or block. Caulk all edges. If
interior surface is brick or block, simply calk
with Liquid Nails® as a final step.
NOTE:
For brick or block installation follow steps1-4
above, then continue below:
5A. Caulk the inside of the outer flange with
Liquid Nails®.
Optional: If needed for extra hole coverage,
place the large cover plate provided behind the
interior flange. Fig. E.
Place interior flange onto tube and screw
four corners as shown in Fig. C. ( Tube may
be vinyl taped to interior flange in place of screws).
