PowerTrak™ Vent Machine

Override Three Wire

This harness is used to override the controller while in tunnel to close the vent machines. This harness

only works with three wire PowerTrak™.

Directions

1. Disconnect the power from the PowerTrak™.

2. Disconnect the control wires from the PowerTrak™, (HOT OUT, OPEN IN, CLOSE IN).

3. Connect the control wires to harness (1903-0108). HOT OUT, CLOSE and OPEN wires from the

control connects to YELLOW wire, RED wire and BROWN wires with the connector respectively.

4. Connect the harness to the PowerTrak™. YELLOW, BROWN and RED wires will have stripped ends

and connects to HOT OUT, OPEN IN and CLOSE IN respectively.

5. Connect the WHITE wire from harness to NEUT of PowerTrak™.

6. Connect the ORANGE wire from harness to the desired tunnel stage in contactor control panel. This

wire will connect to the HOT side of the coil.

7. Make sure the power supply for both, PowerTrak™ and contactor control panel are wired correctly,

i.e. WHITE is NEUTRAL, BLACK is HOT, and GREEN is GROUND before turning ON the power

supply.
