True Manufacturing TG2H-4HS is a solid door reach-in heated cabinet designed to hold warm baked or cooked food with a temperature range of 80°F to 180°F (26.6°C to 82.2°C). It features a stainless steel exterior and interior, six chrome shelves, incandescent interior lighting, and a built-in thermometer. The cabinet also has a manually controlled vent for humidity control and a 12" x 20" pan for additional humidity if needed.
