ContentDelivery Method: Removable Devices: USB Driv es
Prepare a SD card for content storage, and use a USB drive for content delivery.
Content can be also updated directly from a SD card.
Video, and image management:
The Image and video files on a SD card display sequence according to ASCII code. Ex.
1.JPG, 2.JPG, 3.AVI, 4.JPG.
Rolling text management:
Caption.txt: Rolling text input
Setting.txt: Define rolling text message size, color, and speed.
Font TTF: Define font size.
Ex.

Description
Font: 48 Font size value from 16 to 48
Text color 65280 Rolling text color, edited by hexadecimal. Each R, G, B accounts
for 8bit to combine into a color value. Value range starts with
0~0xFFFFFF. Ex. 0xFFFFFF represents in white color0xFF0000
represents in red color0x00FF00 represents in green color
0x0000FF represents in blue color.
BG color 255
Rolling text background coloredited by hexadecimal. Each R,
G, B accounts for 8bit to combine into a color value. Value
range starts with 0~0xFFFFFF. Ex. 0xFFFFFF represents in white
color0xFF0000 represents in red color0x00FF00 represents in
green color0x0000FF represents in blue color.

Motion sensor operating principle:
Detecting range: 120 degree, 3 to 4M.
Sound is automatically switched on while detecting any object enters the detection
range. Sound is switched off after 45 sec, but monitor will continue to play video, even
if no movement is detected.
Youcanalsofindmotionsensorsetupoptioninmenusetup.Whilemotionsensor
function is set off, the monitor will function normally with sound.
Key Functions:
Power/Exit: long press to turn power on/off. Short press to exit.
Menu/Enter: press menu to access below setups:
Volume+, Volume adjustment.
Language: current language avai lability only in English and Chinese.
Sensor: Set motion sensor on/off.
Date/Time: Date and time adjustment.
Default setting.
Setup options
Content updating methods:
1. Copy videos, images, Caption.txt, Font.TTF, Setting.txt, and Update.txt to a USB drive. The
image is shown as below:

2. Insert a USB drive into USB host, and reboot the device. The screen will be shown “update
in process” as below:
3. Remove a USB, once update is completed. Please note that the device will automatically
reboot itself while update is completed. The screen is shown as below:
Firmware upgrading:
1. Format your SD card before copy all updated files to a SD card.
2. Ensure file name is FWUPDATE.IMG.
3. Insert SD card into SD slot and reboot the device. The screen is shown FW update in

Notes:
Once FW upgrade is completed, the screen will automatically switch off and switch on.
Please unplug power, otherwise the device will keep upgrading the firmware.
- Do not power off, while updating. The device may cause a crash while removing power
during updating process.
Different signage models need to map the corresponding signage Firmware. Please consult
an original manufacturer for firmware upgrade.
