adequate
capacity

lift
the
unit.
If
using
lift
forks
to
handle
this
unit,
be
sure
the
lift
forks
are
long
enough
to
extend
out
of
the
opposite
side
of
the
base.
Do
not
p/ace
any
part
of
the
body
under
the
unit
while
it/s
suspended.

Gear
illustration
(Figure
2)
when
performing
this
installation.
After
installing
cotter
pins
secure
by
bending
both
legs
of
cotter
pin
around
shaft
in
one
direction
or
bend
one
leg
clockwise
and
the
other
leg
counterclockwise
(legs
should
conform
to
contour
of
shaft
as
tightly
as
possible).

Installation
of
Running
Gear
Front
Axle
(Figure
2)
1.
Install
front
axle
suspension
(11)
onto
welding
power
source
as
shown
in
Figure
2.
2.
Install
handle
grips
(13)
on
steering
mechanism
(12).
Coat
washers
(5)
and
pivot
shaft
on
steering
gear
with
grease,
and
place
lower
washer
onto
steering
gear
(see
Figure
2).
3.
Install
steering
mechanism
(12)
to
the
front
axle
suspension
(11)
using
upper
flat
washer
(5)
and
cotter
pin
(6).
4.
Insert
axle
(14)
through
steering
mechanism
(12).
5.
Coat
inside
of
each
wheel
hub
with
grease,
and
slide
wheels
(7)
onto
axle
(14).
6.
Slide
flat
washer
(5)
onto
each
end
of
axle.
7.
Secure
the
wheels
(7)
in
place
with
cotter
pins
(6).

Rear
Axle

1.
Install
support
bars
(3)
and
wheel
brackets
(4)
onto
welding
power
source.
2.
Coat
inside
of
each
wheel
hub
with
grease.
3.
Insert
rear
axle
(10)
through
brackets
(4)
and
wheels
(7).
Slide
flat
washer
(5)
onto
each
end
of
axle,
and
secure
with
cotter
pin
(6).
4.
Position
wheel
brackets
on
axle
so
that
shaft
extension
beyond
the
outside
of
each
bracket
is
minimized.
5.
Tighten
all
hardware.
