Synergy Manufacturing Rear Bump Stops Installation guide

  • Hello! I've reviewed the installation instructions for the Synergy Suspension JK 8058 & 8076 rear bump stop spacers. This document outlines the recommended tire sizes for each spacer, the requirement for a minimum 3" height with the PPM-8056 track bar bracket, and the mounting steps with proper bolt torques. I'm ready to answer any questions you have about these bump stop spacers.

PPM-8058 & 8076 JK REAR BUMP STOP SPACER
Version 1
GENERAL NOTES:
We recommend using 3” tall (8058) bump stop spacers for 35” tires and 4” tall
(8076) bump stop spacers for 37” tires
You must run a minimum of 3” tall bumpstop spacers when using the PPM-8056
rear track bar relocation bracket to prevent the track bar from contacting the
exhaust at full jounce travel.
1. The bumps stop spacers are angled to provide even contact when increasing the
pinion angle for using a CV style rear driveline. Position the bumpstop spacer on
top of the factory bumpstop pad so they lean forward.
2. Use the 3/8” x ¾” bolts to secure the bumpstop to the axle bracket. Use a flat
washer under the head of the bolt and use the serrated flange nut by its self on the
bottom. Torque the 3/8 bolts to 40 ft-lbs.
