Read and understand the instructions in this manual before attempting to install this
product.
The lighting kit consists of one flood lamp, two mini-flood lamps, a mounting bracket,
hardware, wiring P-clamps, and a wiring harness with a fused light switch box.
1. Route the wiring harness along the tube through the weather guard mount
brackets (see Figure 1.2).
2. Install the lamps:
• Fasten the discharge-area mini-flood lamp to the existing hole in the side of
the spout.
• Fasten the mid-conveyor flood lamp to the center hole of the fitted weather
guard mount bar (if a center hole is not present, drill a 1/4" hole in the center of
the weather guard mount bar).
• Secure the bracket for the intake-area mini-flood lamp to the tube flange using
existing fasteners. Fasten the lamp to the bracket.
• Plug the wiring harness connectors into the lamp connectors. Ensure that the
connectors are fully engaged. Fasten the wiring harness with P-clamps near
each lamp.
3. Install the switch box on the control box with the two screws supplied.
4. Connect the wiring-harness eyelet (black wire) to the control box (ground).
Connect the piggy back blade connector (white wire) to the ignition power in the
control box (positive). See Figure 1.1.
