located on a white label on the upper right hand corner of the unit.
CAPACITIES
Weight of the unit is 94 lbs.
The maximum load capacity for the work surface is 1000 lbs.

MAINTENANCE
PAINTED
SURFACES:
Periodically the surfaces should be cleaned with a mild
detergent and water.
Grease and oil can be removed with most standard cleaning
fluids.
For safety, use a nonflammable cleaning
fluid.
Auto wax will preserve the unit's luster
finish.
Apply the wax
as to a car. The wax will also help protect the unit against
scratches.
STAINLESS
SURFACES:
Stainless steel can discolor when exposed to pool chemi-
cals,
saltwater or cleaners with bleach.
Keep your stainless looking new by cleaning with a good
quality all-in-one stainless steel cleaner polish monthly.
Frequent cleaning will remove surface contamination that
could lead to rust.
Do not
clean
with
steel
wool or other
abrasive
pads.
Do not use
cleaners
not
specifically
Intended
for
stainless
steel
on
stainless
surfaces

glass,
tile
and counter

Items Needed:
A-Side (Qty: 2)

CC -1/4-20 Flange Nut (Qty: 4)
EE - Screw Leveler (Qty: 4)
FF - Leveling Foot, Left (Qty: 2)
GG - Leveling Foot, Right (Qty: 2)
Process:
Place (1) leveling foot pad FF and (1) leveling foot pad
GG on each side at the bottom. Make sure each leveling
foot is fully seated on each corner.
Secure each Leveling Foot with (1) boltAA, (1) Washer
BBand(1)NutCC.
Wrench tighten.
•Assemble (1) leveler EE in each leveling foot Some
adjustments may be necessary after workbench is in
desired position.

Process:
Place Workbench
Top,
with stainless steel side facing
down.
(Use packaging material to prevent scratches.)
NOTE:
The Rail with the Husky® nameplate should be
placed toward the front of the unit
with
the nameplate
position upside down.
•Assemble (2) sides A and rails B and D, as shown using
(8)
bolts
AA,
(8) washer BB, and (8) nut CC. Holes on
rails should be facing to the outside of the workbench top.

BOTTOM RAIL ASSEMBLY

Process:
Attach rail E in top back set of holes in both sides A as
shown,
using (4) bolts
AA,
(4) washers BB, and (4) nuts
CC.
Flanges of Rail E should point in.

Process:
Position frame assembly on Workbench Top,
as desired.
NOTE:
The back of
the
work bench frame must be at
least 1-1/2 inches (38 mm) from the back of the
Workbench Top.
Mark centers of (6) mounting holes.
Remove workbench frame in order to drill pilot holes.
Drill (6) 1/8in pilot holes 1/2in deep in mounting
hole locations.
Reposition workbench assembly on Workbench Top.
Attach using (6) Hex Screws DD.
NOTE:
Additional fasteners may be used to attach
workbench top through holes in side support if desired.

Using help (second person) lift workbench up and
rotate onto leveling feet FF and GG. Do not rest on
side of legs while rotating workbench to its upright
position.
Damage could occur.

Place the workbench in its upright position.
Move workbench to desired location and adjust level-
ing feet FF and GG to make workbench level and
secure. (See operation.)
REMOVING
PROTECTIVE

STAINLESS
STEEL
Starting at one of the corners, peel back the protective
coating from the stainless top.
Be sure to remove all the protective coating before
initial use.
Follow the cleaning methods in thev maintenance sec-
tion to keep the stainless looking new.
OPERATION
Leveling Foot Adjustment
•Adjust leveling foot to desired position with flathead
screwdriver or 7/1 Bin open end wrench as shown.
