benefit, read this manual and the accompanying literature before using the
BODYCRAFT POWER ROW. Keep this manual for future reference. If you
have additional questions, please call your local BODYCRAFT Dealer or our
customer service department at 800-990-5556 Monday through Friday, 9
am until 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
There is a risk assumed by individuals who use this type of equipment.
Before beginning this or any other exercise program consult your physician.
This is especially important for individuals over the age of 35 or persons
with preexisting health problems. Recreation Supply, Inc. assumes no
responsibility for personal injury or property damage sustained by or
through use of this product.
1. This product must be assembled on a flat, level surface to assure its proper function.
2. Clean pads and frame on a regular basis. We recommend warm, soapy water.
Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals.
3. Inspect and tighten all parts before every use. Replace any worn
parts immediately. Failure to do so may result in serious injury.
4. Keep children away from the BODYCRAFT POWER ROW at all times.
5. Keep your hands away from rollers during operation.
6. Keep your hands away from moving parts other than the designated handles.
7. Exercise with care to avoid injury.
8. If you are unsure about the proper use of the BODYCRAFT POWER ROW call your local
BODYCRAFT dealer or our customer service department.

2. Two people are recommended for the safe assembly
of this product.
3. Carefully install plastic caps using a rubber mallet.
4. For your convenience, a rulers is displayed below.
5. When measuring bolt lengths, only measure the shank.

#19 M6 x 10mm SET SCREW qty 4 are preinstalled in the #7 Seat Pad
#7 SEAT PAD & SEAT PAD SUPPORT PLATES are not pre-assembled as shown above.
The #7 SEAT PAD can be bolted onto the #5 SEAT PAD SUPPORT PLATES using the 4 pre-installed
M6 x 10mm Set Screws located in the #7 SEAT PAD. Please assemble at this time and tighten the bolts
UPDATES:
STEP 1 Assemble Monorail Assembly

TO EASE THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS.
DO NOT TIGHTEN BOLTS UNTIL INSTRUCTED.
1. Attach Bumper (6) to the Monorail Assembly (3) using two M6 X 10mm
Set Screws (19).
2. Attach Front Stabilizer (1) and the Foot Plate (4) to the Monorail
Assembly (3) using two M8 X 95mm Inner Hex Screws (15), two M8
Washers (23), and two M8 Nylon Nuts (24), as shown.
4. Slide Seat Pad (7) onto the Monorail Assembly (3).
3. Attach Rear Stabilizer (2) to the Monorail
Assembly (3) using two M8 X 50mm Inner Hex
Screws (17). Install two End Caps (9) to the
Rear Stabilizer (2). Tighten all screws/bolts.

1. Attach Bumper (6) to the Monorail Assembly (3) using
two M6 X 10mm Set Screws (19). Tighten Screws.
Assembly is complete! Please take the following steps before using the
BODYCRAFT POWER ROW :
