This device is a lighting adapter that can be used to connect downlights or exit signs to a power source. It has a male (power-in) and a female (power-out) configuration and is designed to be mounted directly to the fixture body in a standard 1/2" K.O. (7/8" diameter). The adapter can be rotated for ease of cable orientation to prevent strain on the connection.

The adapter is made of a die cast housing with a zinc plated steel cover plate and is 2 13/16" x 2 13/16" x 13/16" when installed.
