onlyoneway.Iftheplugdoesnotfitfullyintheoutlet,
reversetheplug.Ifitstilldoesnotfit,contactaqualified
electrician.Neverusewithanextensioncordunlesstheplug
canbefullyinserted.Donotalterthissafetyfeature.
Thislampisforindooruseonly.Thelampshouldnotbe
usednearwater.Neverimmersethelampinwaterorother
liquids.Nevercoverthelampwithanyobjectincludingcloth
orpaperasthisisafirehazard.Donothandlethebulb
immediatelyafterthelightisturnedoffasitwillbehot.This

2.Beginassemblyatthebottomofthelamp.
3.Insertlamppole(B)intolampbase(A)andtighten.
4.Insertlamppole(C)intolamppole(B)andtighten.
5.Repeatforlamppoles(D)and(E).
*Ifnecessary,pullcorddownthroughpolesandoutthe
bottomofthebase.
6.Placedecorativeholder(F)intothesocketonpole(E).
7.Removethesocketnutfromlampholder(E),andinstall
lampshade(G)intothedecorativeholder(F)andsecureby
replacingthesocketnut(H).
8.Removethesocketnut(J)fromthereadinglight,install
lampshade(I)intothelampholderandsecurebyreplacing
thesocketnut.Dothesamefortheotherreadinglamp.
9.Installbulbs.Onlyusebulbsofspecifiedtypeand
maximumratedwattageorless.
10.Plugtheelectricalsupplycordintothewalloutlet.
11.ToturnON/OFFusetherotaryswitchlocatedonthe
lampholder(E)Thisswitchcontrolsall3lights.

thedateofpurchase.IftheproductsdonotconformtothisLimitedWarrantyduringthewarrantyperiod(ashereinabovespecified),Buyershall
notifyManufacturerinwritingoftheclaimeddefectsanddemonstratetoManufacturer'ssatisfactionthatsaiddefectsarecoveredbythisLimited
Warranty.IfthedefectsandproofofpurchaseareproperlyreportedtoManufacturerwithinthewarrantyperiod,andthedefectsareofsuchtype
andnatureastobecoveredbythiswarranty,Manufacturershall,asitsownexpense,furnishreplacementproductsor,atManufacturer'soption,
replacementpartsforthedefectiveproducts.InstallationofthereplacementproductsorreplacementpartsshallbeatBuyer'sexpense.
2.ExclusiveObligation:
THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVE.ThesoleandexclusiveobligationofManufacturershallbetorepairorreplacethedefectiveproductsinthe
mannerandfortheperiodprovidedabove.Manufacturershallnothaveanyotherobligationwithrespecttotheproductsoranypartthereof,
whetherbasedoncontract,tort,strictliabilityorotherwise.Undernocircumstances,whetherbasedonthisLimitedWarrantyorotherwise,shall
Manufacturerbeliableforincidental,special,orconsequentialdamages.
3.OtherStatements.
Manufacturer'semployeesorrepresentatives'oralorotherwrittenstatementsdonotconstitutewarranties,shallnotberelieduponbyBuyer,
andarenotpartofthecontractforsaleorthislimitedwarranty.
4.EntireObligation.
ThisLimitedWarrantystatestheentireobligationofManufacturerwithrespectstotheproducts.IfanypartofthisLimitedWarrantyis
determinedtobevoidorillegal,theremaindershallremaininfullforceandeffect.
