Thislampisforindooruseonly.Thelampshouldnotbe

usednearwater.Neverimmersethelampinwateror

fingersandinstallbulb.Onlyusebulbofspecifiedtypeand

maximumratedwattageorless.

2.Replacetheshadeanduseyourfingerstogentlytighten

the3screwsuntiltheshadeissecureandplugtheelectrical

supplycordintothewalloutlet.

3.Thelampiscontrolledbyatouchdimmer.Bytouchingthe

metalbodythefollowingsequencewilloccur:

1.NightLight2.SoftLight3.BrightLight4.Off

4.Ifyouwanttoadjustthebrightnessofthelampyoumust

touchthemetalbodytherequirednumberoftimesas

1.LimitedWarranty.

Manufacturerwarrantsthattheproductssoldhereunderwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship

foraperiodofone(1)yearfromthedateofpurchase.IftheproductsdonotconformtothisLimitedWarranty

duringthewarrantyperiod(ashereinabovespecified),BuyershallnotifyManufacturerinwritingoftheclaimed

defectsanddemonstratetoManufacturer'ssatisfactionthatsaiddefectsarecoveredbythisLimitedWarranty.

IfthedefectsandproofofpurchaseareproperlyreportedtoManufacturerwithinthewarrantyperiod,andthe

defectsareofsuchtypeandnatureastobecoveredbythiswarranty,Manufacturershall,asitsownexpense,

furnishreplacementproductsor,atManufacturer'soption,replacementpartsforthedefectiveproducts.

InstallationofthereplacementproductsorreplacementpartsshallbeatBuyer'sexpense.

2.ExclusiveObligation:

THISWARRANTYISEXCLUSIVE.ThesoleandexclusiveobligationofManufacturershallbetorepairorreplace

thedefectiveproductsinthemannerandfortheperiodprovidedabove.Manufacturershallnothaveanyother

obligationwithrespecttotheproductsoranypartthereof,whetherbasedoncontract,tort,strictliabilityor

otherwise.Undernocircumstances,whetherbasedonthisLimitedWarrantyorotherwise,shallManufacturer

beliableforincidental,special,orconsequentialdamages.

3.OtherStatements.

Manufacturer'semployeesorrepresentatives'oralorotherwrittenstatementsdonotconstitutewarranties,

shallnotberelieduponbyBuyer,andarenotpartofthecontractforsaleorthislimitedwarranty.

4.EntireObligation.

ThisLimitedWarrantystatestheentireobligationofManufacturerwithrespectstotheproducts.Ifanypartof

thisLimitedWarrantyisdeterminedtobevoidorillegal,theremaindershallremaininfullforceandeffect.
