Important Notes & Trouble Shootings
How to pair
In order to make sure that you can smoothly use the T8 wireless headphone, please
view following important operating instructions and possible trouble shootings.
Hope they will help, but email us again if you're still having any difficulties.
Notes:
They will automatically power on and enter into pairing
mode. (voice prompts: “Power on” “Pairing”)
If two headphones are taken out, they will pair with each
other automatically. (voice prompts: “Left channel”
“Right channel”)
① Take out headphone from charging case
② Enable phone’s Bluetooth function
③ Search available Bluetooth devices until see
"T8" on list, select it to establish connection
Only can connect one headphone, how to pair two headphones together?
In normal situation, two earphones automatically pair with each other when you
turn them on. If they do not pair with each other, please:
1. Delete headphone’s connecting records on your phone.
2. Take out two headphones at the same time.
3. Put two headphones on your ears, you will hear “power on” “pairing”.
4. Single tap left-headphone’s touch button several times until you hear voice
prompts “Left channel” “Right channel”, it means left and right headphones
pair with each other successfully. (The left-headphone is master headphone.
Single tap left one in pairing mode would make it search and connect right
headphone.)
5. Enable phone’s Bluetooth to search name “T8” and select it. When you hear
voice prompt “second device connected”, it means two headphones connect
with your phone successfully. (The “first device” is the right headphone)
If above steps still do not work, please try to restore them into factory setting: Put
two headphones into the charging case. Triple-tap the touch control area quickly
while the indicator glows red. The indicator light will flash twice quickly and goes
off for one second after restoring successfully.
Trouble Shootings
Yes, the steps as follow:
1. Delete the connection record in your phone's Bluetooth.
2. Take out headphone from charging case.
3. If the headphone's LED light do not flashes or flashes slowly, please long-
tap the touch button until it flashes quickly. (quick flashing means the
headphone is in pairing mode and can be searched by other devices)
4. Enable phone's Bluetooth to search the “T8-R" and connect.
Q&A
Can I only connect the right headphone to my phone? (1-link-1 device)
Can one headphone link to two devices simultaneously? (1-link-2 devices)
Yes, here I would like to explain the steps of one-link-two devices.
For example, using left earphone to link your phone and iPad:
1. Delete the previous connection record in phone and iPad's Bluetooth.
2. Only take left-earphone out of charging case, enable your phone's
Bluetooth, and search the name "T8-L" to connect.
3. After connecting successfully, turn off your phone's Bluetooth.(the
Bluetooth of left-earphone will disconnect)
4. Enable your iPad's Bluetooth, and search the name "T8-L" to connect.
5. After connecting successfully, enable your phone's Bluetooth to connect
"T8-L".
6. Then left-earphone connect to your Smartphone and iPad simultaneously.
1. Make sure the headset is not connected to another cell phone.
2. If you can not confirm, put the headphones in the charging box and triple
tap them to restore into factory settings, clear all pairing records, and take
out the headphones to connect.
3. Check the red LED light of left-headphone (master headphone); if the LED
light flashes quickly, it means the headphones are in pairing mode; if the
LED light does not flash or flashes slowly, please long-tap the left
headphone until the light is flashing quickly. (quick flashing means the
headphone is in pairing mode and can be searched by other devices)
My phone’s Bluetooth even can not find the headphone’ name
Can both headphones link to two devices at the same time?
TWS-T8 can fulfill 2-link-1 device, 1-link-1 device, 1-link-2 devices, while we
regret to say that it can not fulfill the function of 2-link-2 devices due to
technical limitation.
How to charge
Notes: The red LED light flashes slowly indicates
headphone is in charging status. When the light turn
off, it means the headphone is fully charged.
Charging the charging case:
Plug the charging case into a USB power supply(5V-1A) with the attached
USB cable.
There are 3 small LED light that indicates the charging status. It may light 1x,
2x or 3x. 1x light = almost empty, 3x light = fully charged.
The battery capacity of both earphones is 50mAh. The battery life is about 4
hours when using the individual earphones and about 3.5 hours when using
the two earphones. The battery capacity of the charging box is 3000mAh,
with which the headphone can be charged 20-30 times.
Charging the headphone:
Put two headphones into the charging case, they will
charge automatically.
Notes: In order to maintain the battery life of charging case, we recommend
using the 5V / 1A USB plug for charging., and please be sure to use charging
plugs that are manufactured and sold by regular manufacturers.

How to know whether the battery of charging case is full ?
What is the battery life of the headphones and the charging case?
Maybe sweat or dust corroded the charging metal thimble and render poor
contact. Wipe the headphone's metal thimble with alcohol to prevent sweat and
other corrosion.
Trouble Shootings
The charging case can not charge the headphone well
1. Make sure they are not in low battery.
2. Try to hold your finger longer more than 10 seconds on the headphone or try
not to put to much pressure on the surface.
3. Clean the touch surface. Make sure you have your finger on center placed
when trying to turn on.
The headphone can not be turned on even it is fully charged
How to control touch button
The volume can not be adjusted when using single headphone, and only can
toggle next song by double-clicking on the headphones.
When the phone call coming, the headphones will remind you and tell you the
phone number (won't tell you contact name).
Switch song
Next song: Double click the right ear function button
Previous song: Double click the left ear function button.
Volume control:
Increase the volume--long touch the right touch button
Decrease the volume--long touch the left touch button
Activate Siri:
Triple tap the headphone touch button to activate Siri and
do it again to exit.

Can I control volume or toggle song when in mono-ear mode ?
Does it tell you who is calling?
Operation on phone call:
Single touch---answer ( touch again to hang up )
Long touch---reject the call
Redial the last number: double-tap while not in music-playing status.
Will the headphone be turned off if you long press the button to adjust
the volume?
The headphone can be turned off via long pressing only if the headphone is
not in use. When the headphone is in music-playing or phone conversation
status, pressing and holding the button will not turn off the headphone.
How can I reset the headset to factory settings?
Place the headphones in the charging box, touch the button three times in
succession, the breathing light flashes twice and the light goes out for one
second, it shows that the factory setting has been restored. After the factory
default is restored, the headset deletes the historical connection record.
Please note th at the left and right headphones will be reset separately to
factory defaults: If you need to restore the factory settings for the two
headphones, you should touch the left and right headphones three times at the
same time.

Trouble Shootings
The headphone can listen to music but no sound when phone call
The signal is always interrupted
Maybe your phone need to set the multimedia output device.
Please try to set the earphone as output device in setting interface.
Steps: Open Settings > Device Connections > Bluetooth > Paired Devices, click
Open Device Details, and switch on "Media Audio" option.
Please note: Each phone's setting is different. Some phones won’t give you
option to choose. It will select default mode automatically according the ways
of receiving the call. When the phone is coming, please touch the earphone
instead of touch receiving icon on your phone.
The problem may be caused by unstable Bluetooth signal.
1. Turn on the mobile phone Bluetooth, delete the matching records.
2. Shut down and restart the phone and Bluetooth headset, and reconnect.
3. Bluetooth headset transmits signals is in linear distance. The signal within
10 meters is the best. It depends on the signal receiving strength of the
mobile phone. The effect of each mobile phone is different.
4. Try to test on different mobile phones. If only one of the mobile phones
can not connect to the earphones, maybe the Bluetooth signal of the mobile
phone is weak.
If the TV does not have Bluetooth function, you cannot connect to the
Bluetooth headset; if the TV has Bluetooth function, it is generally an Android
smart TV, so you can turn on the Bluetooth function and then pair it with the
Bluetooth headset; the general operation method is as follows:
1. Start the Bluetooth headset first, press and hold the power button to put it
in the state to be paired.
2. Start the TV and enter the main interface of the smart TV;
3. Use the remote control of the TV to operate, find the system settings, click
to enter;
4. Find the Bluetooth settings and turn on the Bluetooth function.
5. Then click to search around the Bluetooth device, after the name of the
Bluetooth headset is displayed, click on the connection, you need to enter
the pairing code, generally enter 1234 or 0000, click the connection, you
can connect successfully;
6. After the connection is successful, the Bluetooth headset can receive the
sound signal from the TV.
