Problem
Few cases of breaking of inner spring on serial numbers after previous
modification (SN 423)
Reason
Shaft becomes ovalness so that the spring was working on its ends and
not on all the length.
Action in Factory
Changed shaft and spring diameter from SN 506. Spare part
warehouse stocks were updated.
Action in Field
In case of breaking of the inner spring (see picture 1) change the door
mechanism (006977).
Check on the new mechanism the presence of the 2 digits “05” (or
higher) on the body of the mechanism (see picture 2).
