To disconnect the machine from the electrical power supply, turn off the power 1.
switch and remove the power cord plug from the wall socket. The wall socket must
be easily accessible and in close proximity to the machine.

2002/96/EC Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive on the treatment,
collection, recycling and disposal of electric and electronic devices and their

The crossed dust bin symbol on the device means that it should not be disposed
of with other household wastes at the end of its working life. Instead, the device

Loose the thumb screw (x2) to open the HDD cover.1.
Disconnect the SATA cable of HDD.2.
Loosen the screws (x4) fixed the HDD module on the sheet metal chassis.3.
Loosen the screws (x4) on both sides of the HDD metal bracket and replace 4.

Loosen the thumb screw (x2) to open the HDD cover.1.
Fasten the screw (x2) to x the SSD module bracket on the sheet metal 2.

Removing a RAM module
Use both fingers to pull the ejector 1.
clips out of the sides of the module.
Slide out to take out the memory 2.
module from the memory slot.
Installing a RAM module
Slide the memory module into the 3.
memory slot and press down until
it fix with the ejector clips.
RAM Replacement

Please open the HDD cover and disconnect the HDD SATA cable to separate
them form the system. You will nd the motherboard. Please refer to the
motherboard layout to nd the memory compartment. (See chapter 5 for different
motherboard.)

Peripheral Installation4.
MSR Installation
4-1.
Loosen the screws (x3) to open the MSR cover on the TFT LCD.1.
The system provide 3 kinds of MSR for selections, MSR , 2-in-1 MSR+nger print
reader, 2-in-1 MSR+iButton reader.
Connect the cable of MSR module to the respective connector of the system 2.
and fix the ground cable.
Install the MSR module into the right position of the system.3.
Fasten the screws (x2) to fix the MSR reader module with the system.4.

Loosen the screws (x3) to open the MSR cover on the TFT LCD module as 1.

Connect the cable of the 2-in-1 MSR + finger print module to the respective 2.

Fasten the screws (x2) to fix the reader with the system.3.

Thread the VFD cable through the VFD pole and connect the RJ45 connector 1.
to the I/O panel of the system.
Connect the other side of the VFD cable to the VFD display and align the 2.
VFD display correctly to the screw holes of the VFD pole.
Insert the wheel shaft assembly into the aligning hole on the side of the VFD 3.
