Imation´s high quality remanufactured toner cartridges are 100% inspected prior to remanufacturing and critical components, e.g. photo-

conductor drums, blades, as well as any component showing wear patterns are replaced. The remanufacturing process allows Imation to

deliver a high performance product at a lower cost with less waste. The Imation portfolio of fax, copier and laser printer toner cartridges

meet stringent quality requirements, stand for high reliability and are supportive for the environment.

QUALITY

Product Quality you can rely on. On all our Toner products we offer a lifetime warranty. The Imation high quality remanufactured Toner

Cartridges are designed to fit exactly to your printers and the specific technical needs. They are tested as being 100% perfect, i.e. each

cartridge is installed in a test printer and a number of test pages are printed using special templates. These are then inspected by our experts

in the test department with regard to a number of attributes such as print density, page yield, pin-sharp clarity and the quality of the com-

ponents. Long-term tests are additionally performed on each production lot to ensure that there are no deviations from the Imation standard.

A key aspect of the quality of Imation high quality remanufactured Toner Cartridges is that only virgin empties are employed, i.e. products

are made using only original cartridges which have only been emptied once. This effectively eliminates the potential risks to reuse components

already showing wear and quality degradations, which can occur with multiple use. All components showing wear after a certain number of

pages are replaced. This enables us to guarantee quality equal to that of the original.

mation offers you lifetime guarantee on all the Imation Toner products. The 3rd Party supplier is a company for print consumables

certified in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. It maintains a quality management system which specifies compatibility with the

respective OEM article for all new articles and constant high quality.

Quality Assurance: Initially all empty cartridges are separated into their individual parts and carefully cleaned. All parts required for

actual printing are replaced with the appropriate new parts to guarantee constant high quality. Then the cartridges are filled, assembled and subjected to a printing test.

In addition, continuous printing tests are also carried out in parallel to ensure a high yield and long service life.

Lifetime Warranty: Imation guarantees that the product that you purchased does not exhibit errors in material and processing over its entire life span. As toner cartridges

have a limited durability, this warranty shall apply until the durability date of the product as indicated on the product. If there is no durability date on the packaging, a

guarantee period of two years from the purchase date shall apply.

Exclusions: This warranty does not apply to (1) any physical damage to the surface of the product including but not limited to cracks or scratches; (2) any damage caused

by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, attempts to open, repair or otherwise to modify the product, or any other cause beyond the scope of the use as a normal

printer cartridge for printer (s) as may be indicated on the packaging; (3) damages caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards and acts of God.
