Max. line length for power supplies, inputs and outputs as well as other signals: 30 m
Cable cross-section: 0.25 … 2.5 mm², flexible lines require end sleeves
The maximum length of the data line (Pilot Out) for the INSYS Powerline GP (no SLAC) 1.1 depends highly on the line quality of the used
line and cannot be specified as a practical value. It must be evaluated at the application in question. INSYS will support you with the
evaluation of the line quality and verification of the feasibility of a certain application on request.
Permissible voltage range for pilot and data lines: +/- 15 V AC/DC (SELV/PELV)

Control or switching of machiens and plants that do not comply with the directive 2006/42/EC
Use, control, switching and data transmission in machines or systems in explosive atmospheres
Controlling, switching and data transmission of machines, which may involve risks to life and limb due to their functions or when a
breakdown occurs

Wiring INSYS Powerline GP (SLAC)
1. Apply supply voltage to terminals 3 (10..60 VDC) and 2 (GND)
2. Connect CP+ of the pilot signal line to terminal 5 (Pilot In +)
3. Connect CP- of the pilot signal line to terminal 6 (Pilot In -)
4. Connect CP+ of the charging socket to terminal 7 (Pilot Out +)
5. Connect CP- of the pilot signal line to terminal 8 (Pilot Out -)
no SLAC
Wiring INSYS Powerline GP (no SLAC)
1. Apply supply voltage to terminals 3 (10..60 VDC) and 2 (GND)
2. Connect data line+ of the two-wire line to terminal 7 (Pilot Out +)
