Your mans power supply should comply wth the
nformaton suppled on the ratng plate of the
applance.
Do not use the applance wth an extenson cord.
Do not touch the plug of the applance wth damp
or wet hands.
Do not pull the power cable when unpluggng the
applance.
Unplug the applance before cleanng, dsassembly,
accessory replacement and wat for t to stop
completely.
When emptyng the contaner, durng cleanng and
grabbng choppng blades wth bare hands serous
njures could result due to ncorrect use. Use the
plastc secton tryng to hold the choppng blade.
Never touch blades whle usng the applance.
There s the possblty of njury due to ncorrect
usage.
After cleanng, dry the applance and all parts
before connectng t to mans supply and before
attachng the parts.

1.2 Complance wth the WEEE Drectve and
dsposal of waste products
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive
(2012/19/EU). This product bears a classification
symbol for waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE).
This symbol indicates that this product
shall not be disposed with other
household wastes at the end of its
service life. Used device must be
returned to offical collection point for
recycling of electrical and electronic devices. To
find these collection systems please contact to
your local authorities or retailer where the product
was puchased. Each household performs
important role in recovering and recycling of old
appliance. Appropriate disposal of used appliance
helps prevent potential negative consequences
for the environment and human health.

1.3 Package nformaton
Package of the product is made of recyclable materials in accord-
ance with our national legislation. Do not dispose of the packag-
ing materials together with the domestic or other wastes. Take
them to the packaging material collection points designated by
the local authorities.
1.4 Thngs to do for energy savng
Cut the solid food into small pieces before placing them in the appliance as
stated in the user manual. Follow the other instructions and times speci-
fied in the manual. Select low speed levels if suitable for the food to be
prepared. Switch off and unplug the appliance after using it.

Operaton
3.1 Intended use
This appliance is intended only for
household use; it is not suitable for
professional use.
It is designed to chop small amounts
of vegetables and fruit (strawber-
ries, bananas, etc.).
3.2 Operaton
Clean the appliance parts before
initial use (see 4.1).
Remove all packaging and stick-
ers materials and dispose of them
according to the applicable legal
regulations.

WARNING:
Do not
operate the appli-
ance when it is emp-
ty or its cover is open.
1. Place your applance on a sold
and flat surface.
2. Now set the jug wth the ope-
nng facng down on a level sur-
face.
3. Assemble the blade unt ca-
refully on the jug by turnng t
clockwse and lftng t by holdng
t from the sdes of the unt.

WARNING:
Do not
remove the blade
unt by lftng t from
the blades.

WARNING:
The
blade unit is very
sharp! Handle the
blade unit with ut-
most care, especially
during cleaning, in
order to avoid inju-
ries.
4. Cut the food nto small peces

wse. Make sure that the cap/
measurng cup s nsde the ld
openng and s secured.
6. Place the jug onto the motor ho-
usng by turnng t clockwse.

Make
sure that the notches
on the bottom of the
jug fit those in the
motor housing.
7. Connect the power plug to a su-
table power outlet.

8. The cuttng speed can be var-
ably adjusted wth the control
dal.

To operate the blend-
er at the low speed,
turn the control dial
to “1”. If you want to
blend with a higher
speed, turn the con-
trol dial to the speed
level “2”.

For short pulses of
blending with a high
speed, turn the con-
trol dial to “P”. When
you release the con-
trol dial, the blender
will stop and return
to “0” automatically.

If ingredients are
to be added during
the blending pro-
cess, then add them
through the opening
in the lid. To do this,
take out the cap/
measuring cup.
9. After the desred consstency of
the blended food has been reac-
hed, turn the control dal to 0 to
swtch off the blender.

WARNING:
Never
run the blender for
longer than 1 minute,
otherwise it would
overheat. After run-
ning the appliance
for 1 minute, let it
cool down before us-
ing it again.
10. Take the jug off from the mo-
tor housng by turnng the jug
counterclockwse and open the
ld.
11. Take off the ld and pour the
mxture nto glasses or other
contaners.

Mix 3 units of hard
food and 2 units of
water in order to
have a smooth jug
blender experience.
(i.e: 60 gr hard food
40 ml water)

wse. Make sure that the cap/
measurng cup s nsde the ld
openng and s secured.
3.3 Grnder
1. Place your applance on a sold
and flat surface.
2. Put the coffee beans (max. 50 g.
to be n the grnder jug.
3. Assemble the blade unt care-
fully on the grnder jug by tur-
nng t counterclockwse.
4. Place the grnder jug onto the
motor housng.
5. Connect the power plug to a su-
table power outlet.
6. The cuttng speed can be var-
ably adjusted wth the control
dal.

To operate the blend-
er at the low speed,

to “1”. If you want to
blend with a higher
speed, turn the con-
trol dial to the speed
level “2”.
7. After grndng, turn the control
dal to 0 to swtch off the blen-
der.
8. Set the grnder wth the openng
facng down on a level surface
and remove the blade unt by
turnng t counterclockwse.

WARNING:
Never
run the blender for
longer than 30 sec-
onds, otherwise it
would overheat.
After running the ap-
pliance for 1 minute,
let it cool down be-
fore using it again.
3.4 Frut Flter
(TBN5400/
TBN5500)
The fruit filter is for fresh fruit
juices and cocktails. It prevents pips
and skins from your drink.
1. Ft the flter nto the mddle of
the jug.
2. Cut the frut nto small peces
and put t n the frut flter.

t clockwse. Make sure that the
cap/ measurng cup s nsde the
ld openng and s secured.
4. Connect the power plug to a su-
table power outlet.
The cuttng speed can be var-

the blended frut has been reac-
hed, turn the control dal to 0 to
swtch off the blender.
6. Take the jug off from the motor
housng by turnng the jug coun-
terclockwse and open the ld.
7. Take off the ld and pour the
frut juce nto glasses or other
contaners.
3.5 Strrer
The stirrer can be used for blending
mixtures or frozen ingredients.
Place the stirrer into the lid hole.
Use the stirrer during the operation
by moving it anti clockwise.

Cleanng and care
4.1 Cleanng
1. Unplug the applance before cle-
anng.
2. Wat for the accessores used to
stop completely.
3. Remove the blade unt from the
jug after removng the jug (1)
from the applance (see. 3.2).
4. Clean the resdual food n the jug
(1) under runnng tap water.
5. After nstallng choppng acces-
sory nto the jug (1), replace the
jug on the body (4).
6. Completely fll or fll half of the
jug (3) wth warm water and
some drops of dsh-washng l-
qud and operate the applance
n hghest speed for a couple of
seconds.
7. Then remove and rnse the jug.

WARNING:
Do not
immerse the body
(4) in water. You can
wipe it with a damp
cloth.
A
WARNING:
Chopping blade (2)
is sharp. Do not hold
the sharp edge or
immerse in water
while cleaning.
A
WARNING:
Never
use petrol, solvents,
abrasive cleaners,
or metal objects and
hard brushes to clean
the appliance.

4.2 Storage
If you do not intend to use the
appliance for a long time, store it
carefully.
Unplug the appliance before lift-
ing it.
Store the appliance in a cool and
dry place.
Keep the appliance and cable out
of the reach of children.
4.3 Handlng and
transportaton
During handling and transporta-
tion, carry the appliance in its
original packaging. The packag-
ing of the appliance protects it
against physical damages.
Do not place heavy loads on the
appliance or the packaging. The
appliance may be damaged.
Dropping the appliance may ren-
der it non-operational or cause
permanent damage.
