DANGER

ATTENTION
Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise program.
Especially pregnant women or people who has heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes,
chronic respiratory disease, high cholesterol, cigarette or other chronic disease or a physical disability,
must use after consulting a doctor.
Stop exercising immediately if dizziness, chest pain, nausea or other abnormality is felt during exercise.
Please consult your doctor before continuing the exercise.
Through a qualied engineer or maintenance company must perform the repair work.
WARNING
- The user must operate the rise or drop of the speed by himself.
There is no emergency stop function because there is no motor in this treadmill.
Every users must be familiar with the mechanisms and functions before use of a treadmill.
Because the movement of the belt is free,
be sure to ride on or o the treadmill with gripping the handle from the back of the treadmill.
- The treadmill must be installed horizontally in all directions on the hard surface.
- Be sure to be hand away in all the moving areas.
- Do not let a towel or clothing caught in the moving surface of the treadmill,
shoelaces must be enclosed short enough not to touch the ground.
Also do not use high heels or shoes of which soles are leather.
- Do not use for children under the age of 12 without adult supervision.
- Handle of the treadmill is
designed to support 300kg in the range of 0 ~ 6.4km/h, 200kg in the range of 24km/h or more.
- After exercise is nished, the running belt could not be stopped immediately.
- Always hold the handle when accelerating or decelerating, and when riding on or o the treadmill.
- Examine the treadmill regularly and maintain and repair it into a safe condition.
