ASSEMBLY:

1.As shown in figure 1 on the right, attach the stand post(9)
with the vibrator absober(10), link the computer middle
wire (5b) to the computer bottom wire (13), then install
the stand post unti(9)to the corrosponding position of
Bottom Frame Welding Combination(11). Secure it with
flat washer(A), spring Hex bolt(B) and bolt C .
2.As shown in Figure 2, connect the left handle bar (7) with
right handle bar (8)

3.As show in Figure 3, attach the handle bar unit behind the
stand post with the carve washer(D), spring washer(B),
Hex bolt(E) to the corresponding positions. Do not tighten
the bolts. (This will make the assembly of meter more
difficult)

4.As shown in Figure 4, Take out the cross wire stopper from
the back of stand post (9).

5. As shown in Figure 5, let the handle pulse wires (6L). (6R)
through the cross wire stopper hole separately and leave
the wire ends out from the stand post, mount the hole
stopper(15) to the corresponding positions.

6.As shown in Figure 6, link the computer upper wire(3)
with the computer middle wire(5a),and link the handle
pulse wire(4)with the handle pulse wire (6L/6R).

7. As shown in Figure 7, assemble the computer (1) to the
corresponding position of stand post (9), then secure it
with flat washer (F) and cross bolt (G) and the Hex bolt (E) .

back of handle bar, Plug the electric wire(14) to the socket
behind the Switch/socket (28)Your vibration machine
is assemblied and ready for operation .when you need to

Display Meter Function Introduction:-
1.Computer instruction:
1).ON/OFF: Start and stop the vibration of machine.
2). PROGRAM for choosing the built-in programs
3).MODE for workout time choices and the Calorie setting on the stand-by mode.
4).ENTER to confirm selections of the inputted values.
5). +/- Adjust the speed and other inputted values.
2.Manual operation:
The vibration machine will go to standby mode after turning on the power supply. If you need to set the value of time
or calorie, press the “MODE” button, then the display will flash either on TIME or CAL window. Push the speed up
or down button (+/-) to set the value. Push the ON/OFF to turn on the machine with your reset value (the default time
is 10 Minutes)

4. Built-in Program Operation:
Push the Program button repeatedly on stand-by mode. The window will show”P1-P2-P3-P4-P5-FA. Among them,
the P1-P5 are the built-in program codes; FA refers to the fat testing code. When one of P1-P5 codes flashes, the machine
will go to the Built-in Program Mode. Push the ON/OFF Button, the machine will start a wave-shape running as your
setting(show in the window) and stop automatically 10 minutes later.
When FA flashes, press+/- to set gender (1 refers to female, 2 refers to male), push ENTER; Press +/- to set height, push
ENTER; Push +/- to set weight, push ENTER; Press +/- to set age, push ENTER. Hold the pulse chips for seconds with both
of your hands, then the figure will show. Press PROGRAM, the machine will go into the standby mode when the MOVE
blinks.

TRAINING GOALS:

Depends on your physical condition ,it is recommended that you take out 1-2 sessions a day ,with each session 10-15 mins
to exercise on multiple positions.Don’t exercise continously for more than 30 minutes on this vibration machine.
If you feel any uncomfort during exercise,stop immediately and only attempt to try again when you’re in perfect condition.
Keep on exercising for months and years.With balanced diet and healthy life style ,you should see positive results flow.
Other tips include:
- Wear comfortable cloth, better a sporting suit
- Never exercise with your stomach full. Keep your workout time at least one hour after each meal.
- If you are tired or exhausted, please do not start a workout program.
WARMING UP:
It is recommended that you warm up and stretch your body before working on the Vibration Machine.
The following warm up is for your reference:
1. Calf Stretch
Hands up and lean your body to a wall,with one of your foot in
the front and the other behind (see the photo illustration). Keep
your back and your back leg in a line. Then bend your front leg and
move your body towards the wall. Stay as close to the wall and
keep this position for 10~15 seconds. Relax and repeat it for
another 2 times.
2. Thigh Stretch
Put your right hand on the wall for balance and grab your left
foot with your left hand.Pull your heel towards your buttocks
and keep your balance.Stay there for about 10~15 seconds. Then
relax and repeat it for another 2 times.

3. Upper Body Stretch
Stand on the ground,open your legs a bit,put your hands on
top of your head as shown in the photo,stretch your back
and waist,keep it for 10~20 seconds. Relax and repeat it for
another 2 times.
4.Kicking Stretch
Lie on the ground,hold your thighs and then kick your
legs.Keep legs up high for 10~15 seconds,relax and repeat
it for another 2 times.
5.Waist and Bottom Stretch
Step one feet forward and bend your body down,hands
down,keep your back leg straight,balance your body,push
down and stretch your bottom part,remain the position for
10~15 seconds,change legs and repeat it for another 2 times.
6.Back Stretch
Sit down with your thighs and legs on the ground.Move
your upper body towards your legs, touching your toes.
Keep this position for 10~15 seconds. Relax a bit and epeat
for another 2 times.
