PREPARATION
1. Using supplied alcohol pad prep and clean fairlead.
2. Install logo into fairlead and firmly press down for 10 seconds.
3. Remove winch hook from rope.
4. Remove existing fairlead.
INSTALLATION
1. Feed winch rope through AEV Fairlead.
2. Use supplied M12 bolts from the backside and torque to 43 ft-lbs.
3. Reinstall winch hook. AEV recommends using the AEV Winch Hook Isolator (AEV80808014AA) to
protect the fairlead.
